I wanted to purchase a gift voucher and when I approached Luvs he was so rude and condescending I went to the lovely young lady who was serving as well. If that man is in Starbucks when I go again I will walk out. Will not be spoken to like that by anyone. He should be fired.
Great staff... always smiling and happy. Great thing about Starbucks is you know the standard of coffee you are getting already. Pro tip is use the Starbucks app to skip the queue.
I went into Starbucks on Tuesday and the manager was treating the baristas extremely badly and had a horrible attitude. I felt rushed when served by her and she continously interrupted me. Will not be coming back.
Quite disappointed with my Caramel Frappuccino - was pretty much just frozen milk. I requested extra caramel also which was noted as extra drizzleโฆif that was extra, I reckon normal would be non existent. The person serving though was lovely and had great customer service.
My Soya Latte was really good. Serve was really good.Wasn^t rushed to make up my mind .Well done Starbucks Hornby.
Online ordering never seems to be on, been trying all month to do it but always comes up as closed when clearly they not. Sort it out as you have just lost a customer as I donโt have time to wait 5 to 10mins for a coffee to be made
Worst customer service ever. Three staffs inside of counter chatting. Waited for server in front of the counter over 2 minutes ignored. They were still chatting! Baristas is very average and obviously newby. What a classic typical Starbucks shop. Goodbye!
Worst Customer Service, The woman who took the order was very rude. She asked me my name, so I asked her to call me Ju, but she ignored me and wrote guest. And she was turning around and doing her job while I was paying for the card. I didn't know if my order and payment were completed. This is a very unpleasant experience while I was in New Zealand.The other employee didn't apologize even though my order was wrong. After I got the coffee, I said thank you, but no one responded.
