   The (more experienced) lady on staff here is amazing. So friendly and helpful. It’s always a pleasure to see her. Also- the new chairs!!! Winner. What a pleasure to sit in comfortable seating and enjoy our coffee. Robert Harris & the like could take a leaf out of your book.

   Been here many times and is generally very good. Marie is fast & efficient and makes fantastic coffee! However the young lady at the food counter who served us on Tuesday morning (2 Sept) was incompetent. Ie, she couldn’t answer a simple question like “Is the date sticker on the food when it was made, or when it expires?” (the stickers said ‘use by’ so presumed there was a mistake since the date was 2 days prior.) She hesitated & looked confused then said that’s the ‘use by’, and seemed completely oblivious that the food was therefore ‘old’. We didn’t want to risk it so decided to move on to another cafe.

   Bought muffins, pastries, some drinks, as well as boxes of muffins as well and I find that the service is always warm and prompt! I love Muffin Break as no other store does the muffins like they do. Tan Slice is my favourite and I seem to only get that from this store.

   Waiting behind 4 people in queue for awhile with a toddler then they served the lady behind me, completely ignoring the fact I had been waiting for ages, felt so rude and when I said something no apology whatsoever just stared at me. We frequently visit the mall and will no long spend our money here.
