   The place used to be great. But since the renovation, especially during night visits you can litr hear team members screaming over the Mic. Always a delay for no reason. So I prefer the 5X cross roads one, which is way better and quality service always.

   I had order the double fillet from this McDonald’s. They have given me the wrong order and they don’t want to change the order. She said I’m not changing the order and not giving me the money back . She has given me the ripped note and doesn’t want to change it before. After refusing all these, She said my name is AJ, you are most welcome to report me. While I was still at driveway, there is car behind me for the order, she told them to I’m not going to move away, so they better make me to move away. Those people jumped out from the vehicle started yelling at me, pulled my hair and grabbed me from the shoulder. This is all happened in the front of camera and all other staff watching and laughing at me rather than trying to resolve the issue. Everything has been recorded and police was called.

   Kinda the expected quality of McDonalds that SHOULD be done. Tasty, still "fresh" as in not room cold or stale, the meat is cooked well, quick service from the app (8 minutes biking and I got the order immediately), and the workers and environment are peaceful and friendly. Given, 7am is not a common time for people to come in.

   Took my kids through the drive-through last weekend. Service wasn't great. Got given my meal, 2 kids drinks 1 happy meal and told to enjoy. Then I had to ask for my second happy meal. "Ah... oh... yeah." Out of 3 meals, there were enough chips in all to equal 1 small fries. One of my sons cheese burgers had a few bits of brown crusty lettuce in it. Was disgusting, really. Placed feedback online through mcdonalds ap, and no one from the store even responded even though I ticked the box wanting a response. I don't live in Hamilton, so I was not going back to the store.

   This is the saddest sht I’ve ever seen. I mean I don’t expect a 5 star meal but at least don’t use rotten lettuce and give us a bit more than that few specks you have put in. Ffs.

   An 18 year old Maori Girl with Inch long, blue fingernails thought she was too good for everyone... Rude, useless and entitled.. Poor young Maori guy running around after her and doing ALL the work.. Welcome to the new Western World. Entitled little Shiiiiites pretending they are African American..

   Always fresh and delicious. One issue is that the frozen coke machine is always broken. The inside is a little dingy but overall a good place for a fast meal.

   The girl in the drive through today at 9 pm was so rude, Asking what do you? What else’. You need to teach your staff customer service!! It was so rude . No greeting and the tone of her voice was off putting .

   Went here ordered a $37 share box before the price change, arrived home to find 2 Big Macs without Lettuce, Pickles and Meat Patties. Not impressed. Called the store and was told they would email a voucher and I would receive it within 2 days. Nothing.
