   Awesome park and we’ll and truely worth the drive to play at. The beach front is on the edge of the park so caution with little ones must be made. It’s a great spot for the kids to go and have a swim aswell. The water isn’t very deep till you get out quite a bit and there’s not much of a current

   A nice little spot, enjoyed by young and old. Walk down the sandy beach as far as you wish, or cross the foot bridge to town for an ice cream, coffee or whatever. Or you can as many do, dive off the bridge and float down stream for a bit. All the amenities that you would expect in reasonable condition and regularly cleaned.

   Such a beautiful place to take your family. Less than 5 minutes from town, just a stroll across the bridge. Kids can play on the playground, skate park or on the beach while you soak up the sun and enjoy Papahua Reserve.
