   Initial call seemed well managed and I was advised that the repair man was on leave and they would get him to schedule an appointment on his return. I waited for approx two weeks past his return date prior to following up with them again. Almost felt like I was an inconvenience to have to look at a repair job. Once he arrived to inspect the pool it was disclosed that the leak was in a hard to reach spot and they may need two men for a day to attempt to repair said spa indicative quote $2000 to $2500 thousand with no guarantee they would have fixed it. Almost insinuating that it may be advantageous to just order a new spa. The spa is 4 years old so I decided to get a second opinion from company that only does repairs. 2 new parts total bill $517.98. Use this company at your own risk

   Very happy with our new spa. Canterbury Spa definitely have integrity, something which I believe is currently lacking in the retail industry nowadays. In our opinion they definitely went the extra mile to assure an overall quality experience. Their pricing was definitely competitive, but their service was the outstanding feature of our purchase. Their personal and consistent communication was second to none. It's not the first spa we have brought, but I can now say not all spas are built the same. One of the stand out features for us is the fully programmable timer. Our last spa filtered only every 12 hours, which meant it would inevitably come on at night while we were trying to sleep and often woke us up. The spa also has a floor trim, mice would often get up under our last one, with this one they can't- not to mention the thermal benefits. We highly recommend Canterbury Spa and can be confident in saying if you choose them, they will deliver a top notch experience for you too.

   If I could give negative rating I would. We tried to use these guys to get a quote on fixing our spa. They came and were unable to tell us what the issue was and tried to sell us a spa lid and a new spa. Left the panels unscrewed and resulted in us loosing screws for the spa. We still didn’t have a solution unless we spent $1000 on a new cover even then they couldn’t tell us if that would fix the problem. That alone I would understand but then they tried to chase us for invoices that were never sent and sent us a overdue notice. Terrible service. I would not recommend these guys!

   Great people at Canterbury Spa & Pool and excellent service. Initially spoke to Jackson when I rang to book in a repair visit, who was really helpful and informative. Checked in with Shaye on the day I'd booked, who was immediately responsive. The problem was identified quickly, the repair was (thankfully) straightforward and Symon and Jackson were very efficient and great to chat to. Highly recommended!
