   Amazing host that does his best to make a stay comfortable with great communication and empathy. The lady that checked us in came across confronting but came right and was lovely too. Great location if you need a bed after hospital. Host might offer to take you up. Easy walk too. Close to take out and supermarket is a quick drive. It's amazing how shutting the door eliminates the road sound. For a place right on the main road, the noise is minimal because of the way the room is made. Lots of kitchen things to make your own feed, even egg cups. Little extra tweaks to make your stay a nice experience. Clean, very tidy.

   Stayed a few nights beginning of August 2025. Very clean, tidy spacious rooms. Was important to be close to the Hospital so our family/extended families could be close with easy access to our sick relative in Hospital. Graeme went over and above with service & compassion in our sad time. Highly recommend Graeme & the team for their great service. Will definitely recommend Argent Motor Lodge. AAA+

   I stayed in this accommodation a couple of weeks ago. The man (maybe the owner) was very kind and explained about the heater and the keys. The lady at the reception was also very friendly. I needed to stay around the Waikato hospital as close as possible, it was the perfect location. I was able to walk to the hospital at night. The room was so stunning and tidy, I felt like much better than the other hotel in the city. I strongly recommend this place to patients' families.

   With a last minute need for accommodation near Waikato hospital, we were lucky to hot a room for one night initially, Graeme and his staff were fantastic giving us a ride over to the hospital for me to under-go emergency eye surgery and He allowed us to leave our car at the motel. When he picked us up later in the day he had booked us into an motel for that night as he couldn't accommodate us. Great services, above and beyond. The Argenti will definitely my first choice of motel if the. Need ever arises again. Thankyou Graeme, you made a very stressful time alot easier.

   Had a great 2-night stay in this accommodation. Room was superb, clean and new, they provided good quality toiletries and staff is always friendly and responsive. Even though the parking lot is limited there’s free street parking available. Everything looks new and well maintained. Quiet and completely dark (closed blinds) at night inside the room to make us a good rest.

   The facility and interior are excellent. You can see the property owner really put his effort in running this place just by looking at the little things like the setup of kitchenware and bathroom supplies. The staff here are also very nice and friendly. I would say this place will probably one of my greatest reasons to pay my visit again in Hamilton.

   We had a fantastic stay. It is a wonderful Motel with lovely staff. Spotlessly clean with great amenities. The room was great, a separate bedroom and the kids shared the sofa bed in the main room. Included all amenities that we needed for a great stay. Also includes a pillow menu, laundry etc.
