Just came back from the shop which is closed, but a note was left on the front door saying "sorry, I'm back in 10 minutes ". I have been waiting 14 minutes and still unattended. Bad service, I don't wanna spend my day waiting to do business with you guys. See you later!
I want to share my time there. I have been going there week after week for nearly 6 or more months had no issues. Today i was looking to buy a vape pod and juice and got refused service because the pod was for my friend who is 39. I said ok dont worry about the pod ill just get the juice for myself and got told no we cant sell you it because of there rules. He even said i no your a regular but i cannot sell to you. At times i can be spending upto $60-70 for pods and juice and still got refused. I wont be back wating my time with the argumentive idiot there. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE.
Chill vibe in the store, young guys generally pretty friendly. Never had an issue with taking my Service Dog in when I need to. I suggest taking back streets to car park at back of store. Mary street and Horner street Entrance. Papanui road entrance is always packed with traffic and it's easy to miss the entrance. Massive range of products. Oils, vapes, coils, pods,papers, lighters..many ranges of product.
I had an amazing experience with a very friendly young boy who served me. I didn’t get his name, but he seemed to be from the islands. His smile and warm demeanor brightened up my day, and his customer service was top-notch!
Staff not very friendly n the place felt steraile
Prices are a bit higher than most. They don't have a a lot nicotine salt tobacco vape flavours. I asked about the disposables and was shocked to see them for around $25 - $30. When every other vape sore has always had them around for $10- max $20. Coils are a few $ more than there competitors aswell. Staff aren't that helpful either just point in the direction with no customer interaction even after I asked so I just walked out. For a vape store it is disappointment that they only have 2 tobacco flavoured salt liquids, which half the time they don't have Hollywood golden tobacco, with being a ex smoker I want a vape flavours that taste as close as it can to a cigarette, but they have every other random fruity, cream flavour but not many tobacco options. Which is weird as vapes were designed to help people quit smoking but there is hardly any tobacco nicotine salt liquids available. Also the fact that most disposable vapes are salts is shocking to see that most flavours are free based. Even though the disposables are an introduction to vaping. But when you want to begin fully vaping they have very little options for tobacco flavoured salts. All up not a bad store I just wish the staff were more engaging and they had as many options for tobacco salt flavour vapes, as they do for everything else.
