A real jeweller with hand made one of a kind jewellery. They don't just sell yet another of the exact same rings and diamonds you see in every store window. They hand made my wedding band with beautiful hand engraved etchings when every other jeweller said it couldn't be done. You won't find many of these sorts of classic stores left. Worth the money.

On Saturday 26th March we visited your shop and while there my partner saw a pair of earrings she liked so asked to try them. She tried one and liked it so decided to buy it. your shop assistant took them out the back out of our sight and came out with them in a box. Later that evening we decided to go out for dinner and my partner decided to wear her new earrings she put one in her ear which looked fine the when she went to put the next one in she called me saying look this is different and on closer inspection we noticed it was damaged. On Tuesday 29th we were back in Hamilton and I contacted you explain what happened and was asked to return them which I did by courier that same day. They arrived at your shop on Wednesday morning. This morning I received a phone call from you basically in summary you said the earrings were in perfect condition when they left the shop for which you have no evidence and cannot 100% guarantee basically said you must have damaged them. I ask how could that possibly happen when all we did was take it out of the box. At this stage you are refusing to either replace the earrings or refund us the cost of the earrings. I think this is very very poor .My partner is extremely upset this was her very first visit to Tauranga and her first shopping experience in Tauranga. Mt partner knows how to put earrings in she is very careful with her jewellery. At the end of the day the earrings were very poor quality they maybe 9 carat gold BUT were hollow I believe we should have been told they were hollow. I hope you will reconsider your stand and either replace them at NO extra cost or refund my partner the money.
