   Alexandra was clearly experienced in her role, she not only gave me insight in the work i required (my goals with sizing down difficult rings) but also recommended a service I did not know existed. Rhodium plating around my diamonds. She offered this service in a very professional manner, it did not feel like a sales pitch but instead helped me understand the value in the choice and why I may want it. Honestly I am shocked by how my old handed down rings from family, looked brand new after this service and I’m grateful to have had her opinion and support. The whole team was lovely to deal with although Alexandra really stood out with her knowledge and professionalism

After explaining how special my broken piece of jewellery is, Alexandra discussed options and made suggestions on how she could do a repair. I’m so pleased that Alexandra achieved the desired outcome within the time scale she advised. All of which are hallmarks of a wonderful customer experience. To that I would have no hesitation in using Hammon Jewellers again.
