   First time had lunch here. It's a very warm day so most customers were sitting at outside area. Our male staff was friendly and helpful even though he was the only person that serving the whole place inside and out side. My son had the lunch time special fish and chips and I had the Monday special chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce. Both meals were good and value for money. Will come back to try other meals on the menu.

   We came along to the Fox and Ferret on a wet wednesday night to try out the steak specialk and were very impressed. There's a nice outdoor seating area - which even on a wet and cold night was seeing a small amount of use, but the first impressive thing was walking up to the door and a lovely staff member opened it for us and welcomed us in. The uniforms are "Olde English" style and are very adorable - totally cute, they put a smile on my face straight away. Lots of TVs playing sport on different channels, and a warm interior with a log fire was nice and wecloming, and set the tone for the evening. Staff was very attentive and the first round of drinks came quickly - with the request for hot water coming in a covered and insulated cup, which does make life very easy. You'll be able to see the menu, there's enough choices there to keep people happy. We opted to try the pork bite appetiser, the rump steak and also the fish and chips. The steak was cooked to exactly where it was supposed to be, and was very very tasty, the chips were great and the salad - even the ankle biter who generally refused anything green finish ALL of her salad. The chips were a real standout - they were amazing and very yummy. As to the fish n chips, a pretty sizeable portion (as you can see) with crisp golden batter and yummy fresh fish. Pork bites, while being nicely presented weren't 100% to our taste, the lemony taste was a bit much for us - although I must say they were coooked to a lovely consistency. Overall, a great experience, and we plan to come again to try another of the menu specials, so a very well done to the entire team tonight, you have won some new fans :-)

   Abysmal service and can barely say the food makes up for it. Arrived and waited 8 minutes to be seated at a table that didn’t have any cutlery or menus set (yes the table was booked ahead of time). Once we got to our table we weren’t met with a waiter until after 30mins of sitting and even then they couldn’t do their job very well. Took 4 attempts to get our orders down and the meals came another 30 mins after ordering. My partner had already finished their meal before mine arrived at the table. Not to mention the table was wobbly so I had to use my notebook under the foot to keep it somewhat even. By the time my burger came the chips were cold on the plate and it was still pink inside which was unsettling. Could’ve given it a pass if it tasted good but it was just unseasoned mince with bad quality ingredients smushed together.

   A really nice chill out place with decent food and drinks for people to catch up. They have an indoor pool table and live band on weekends. They also have a large outdoor area where smoking is permitted. Overall very friendly service and good atmosphere.

   When we ate there, we got a really delicious platter. We sat outside and then moved inside because it was so hot, but there was plenty of room inside to do that. The service was not bad, just took a bit long to get a food order in after we got our drinks. But when it came, it was worth the wait. They have a nice patio and lots of tables. My only complaint was that it was so loud inside., which is odd because there wasn't a ton of people there.

   We had not been down to the F&F Palms for a while. Nikita found us a lovely table next to the fire - it was cold outside. She was always there to attend to our drinks and take our order. The Chicken and Potato Mash was amazing! Nice and hot and the chicken breast was huge. Lovely evening, so pleased we went!

   Awesome night out. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. Four of us ordered the Monday special (stone grill with a drink & dessert for $29) and it was fantastic. The size of the meal was perfect, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. The staff were attentive and came back to check on drinks at a good interval of time and the meals came out quickly despite it being quite busy for a Monday night. A credit to how good it was. Thanks for the good night. We’ll be back.

   Took my parents inlaw from overseas to experience stone grill. They really enjoyed the quality of the rump steak and cooking it to their liking. Staff were friendly and we all enjoyed the meal and drinks!
