   Myself and 3 others had a wonderful lunch, the meals were well presented and generous, the steak was cooked perfectly as ordered the Beef schnitzel was tender and nicely crumbed, and burgers were excellent, we decided to have desert which was well worth it, the servicing was also generous. WE all agreed it was the best food we had eaten. Definitely be returning

   Family meal, very hot day was nice to sit inside and feel cool. The wait staff was lovely, very efficient and professional. We enjoyed our mains good value for money. I ordered the loaded wedges on the bar menu. Man those wedges just kept coming lol sour cream and cheese under the top wedges... happy days!! I took half home because I was full. We really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. The toilets were very clean. Parking was tight and saw cars tucked into the waitomo next door. Nice wee pub will go back.

   On our first visit there was a pricing discrepancy. We were impressed as to how quickly Jane responded and corrected this. The staff in the restaurant are fabulous - both friendly and accomodating. Preet needs a special mention as she was lovely. My husband had the lamb shanks and he loved it he just wanted more sauce! I had a ribeye steak - there was something odd about it and I couldn’t eat the first one - the second one was better. We also ordered the churros for dessert and they were delicious - they were slightly undercooked in the middle which made them taste so good! Seemed to be a popular place to go for the 2 for $30 schnitzel dinner on a Wednesday.

   Went in for a Birthday 27/03/25 group of 6 Adults 3 Children. Made a booking not even an hour before and not only were they accommodating they were very welcoming and nice. On top of the the great service the food was freakn on point. My partner and I both had the Salmon Steak and I tell you what it was cooked too perfection. Not dry at all very juicy and the skin was super crispy. Seasoned well. My partner is dairy free and asked just for lemon and the chef made her a dairy free aoli sauce which was t expected but greatly appreciated. And the food from around the table was spot on too. All in all great place to eat friendly service and awesome atmosphere.

   Group of 5 of us out to lunch. We have been before so was good to go again. 2 of our group had the fish and chips which was declared to be very nice, lovely batter on the fish. 1 had schnitzel which had a good tasting gravy served on the side along with salad and fries and that also was delicious. Other 2 had filo one the entree dish and the other vegetarian, both had cream cheese as part of the filling and were very nice.

   Nice atmosphere, good menu, good drink prices. Definitely go on the Tuesday for the discounts. Edit 1: the menu here is great, the fish and chips was delightful & the steak sandwich was on point. I recommend the Doris plum pudding too. Edit 2: Came again, great menu, the crumble was amazing! And the prices are great!
