   The dining experience overall was enjoyable, with several standout highlights. What we enjoyed and liked: - The staff, for the most part, were warm and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. - The food was excellent. The grilled octopus was tender and flavorful, the trio dip with pita was a perfect starter, and the rib eye on the bone was cooked beautifully. - The grilled tiger prawns had just the right amount of spice, complemented by a sauce that was rich and memorable. - The flamed halloumi was a personal favourite, not only delicious but also a spectacle to watch as it was lit at the table. - Cocktails were well-balanced and thoroughly enjoyable. Negatives: - One interaction with a staff member was disappointing. While signaling that we were ready to order, I was told off in a manner that felt unnecessarily condescending. Although another staff member quickly intervened and handled the situation professionally, the initial exchange left a poor impression. - The pork belly was adequate but not remarkable. It didn’t align with expectations of authentic Greek-style crispy pork belly, resembling more of a Chinese-style preparation. - The restaurant was very noisy, likely due to several large tables celebrating. It made conversation difficult, and at times it was hard to hear each other clearly. Overall: Despite the isolated issue with one staff member and the noise level, the majority of the team were friendly and helpful, which is why I still rated service highly. The food and cocktails were consistently impressive, with several dishes definitely worth returning for. --------------------- Thanks for the prompt reply. We did enjoy the delicious meal but I must clarify what happened that evening. First of all, I did not grab the waiter's clothing to get attention, think you might have mistaken me with someone else. I was waving at one of the waitresses to let her know that we were ready to order. Then, another waiter showed up from behind me and told me off for being rude to wave at the waiter and that someone will be with us to take our orders when they are ready. I'm not sure what was rude just by waving at the waitress to simply indicate that we were ready to order but I did find the waiter was quite rude the way he spoke to me. I indicated this to the friendly waitress who took our orders. Later, the waiter returned to apologize and explained that he was only trying to "teach" me the way it works in the restaurant and asked me not to take it the wrong way. I am not a big fan that customers are always right but neither do I think customers should accept rude behaviours. I don't think I need to be "taught" how your restaurant runs but I do think more training is needed in how some of your staff serve customers of different ethnicity and background so the same wouldn't happen again.

   A fabulous experience! The staff were great, very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The food was incredible, so tasty and perfectly cooked. The four of us shared the hummus (which is awesome), the prawns (best ever!), haloumi (so good), tuna (just amazing flavour!) And mains of the pork belly (melt in your mouth with crunchy crackling) and lamb (exceptional taste and fall apart, cooked to perfection!!). They have a great wine list and comprehensive cocktail selection too. Highly recommend, fantastic dining experience.

   Absolutely amazing dining experience in Christchurch.The flavours were nothing short of exceptional, leaving my taste buds dancing with delight. For the mains, we had the Mushroom Ravioli and the Kotopoulo Sto Fourno. Both were absolutely amazing. Baklava was divine. Service was also perfect. We’ll definitely be back ☺️

   Absolutely amazing food and atmosphere!!! We couldn’t believe how tasty and fresh everything was! I usually order meat over vegetarian dishes but we got the mushroom ravioli and I would 110% get that again! It was so full of flavour and the components go hand in hand so well (those candies walnuts mmm!). Highly recommend the prawn cutlets too, that creamy yoghurty sauce is amazing.
