This shop always has funky and comfortable shoes at a resonable price. Whenever I’m in chch this is where I buy my shoes from, unique styles I don’t see in Auckland.
I got faulty shoes from this store on tuesday 28/11/23 (a white dust, like fabric material came out from the shoes when I wore them). Went to the store last saturday (2/12/23) to ask for a solution to my problem and the young lady staff was not keen to do anything about it, according to her she doesn't believe me. Horrible customer service, and bad attitude from the young lady to find a solution to my problem as customer. I live far from Riccarton shopping center, therefore I went to Northlands store, where their staff were totally nice and understood my problem, giving me a solution.
Horrible experience, terrible customer service especially after spending so much money in the store. Won't ever go back! Disappointing especially because the first experience the more mature lady in the shop was absolutely amazing! The girl behind the counter this morning needs some customer service training
Good variety of styles in footwear & different form other stores. However, was disappointed that a staff member kept calling out to me from behind me at least 6 feet away. Please approach the customer to ensure that they know you are in fact speaking to them, as there usually are other people in the store & I personally will not engage with people calling out from behind me as I do not know that you are addressing me, finding it unprofessional & rude. On a further note, perhaps the best approach is to ask " how may I help you?" & not "Are you okay there". Great store, customer service needs work.
Bought a nice pair of boots in about three minutes flat.worn them allday and they are very comfortable. I don't think the shop lady could believe I put them on and said I'd buy them.
WOW - thank you to the person that served me yesterday. Patience and understanding were you. I had several vouchers and LOUISE M you were amazing. You will go far AND your parents should be proud of the person you have turned out. Thank you Street Legal Shoes for having someone like LOUISE M on your staff.......no I am not related and checked my receipt to see LOUISE M name. I WILL BE BACK!!
