I was the only customer in shop. Two assistances, Neither approached or acknowledged me. Terrible service.
I visited max at the base on Sunday & then again on Wednesday. Both days, impeccable customer service!! They found everything I didn’t know I wanted. Rose was amazing. The lovely girl on Sunday was so patient and helpful too!!
Very poor service, rude and arrogant staff
Needed an outfit for an event, didn't end up purchasing but was helped so much by Rose with advice on an outfit I'd bought prior. She and the team were very kind. Thank you! This awesome experience will see me return in future - customer service at it's finest! :)
Walked around the store with my wife not acknowledged at all , for what you are buying at least say hi . Poor experience what happened to the old MAX
