   The food is sublime. Great wine selection, too. They offer sharing plates but very generous portions. We had Salmon Wellington. It was a visual feast! Their Brussels sprouts side would convert any Brussels sprouts hater! The shoulder of lamb looked moist and flavorful. Overall, it was a great restaurant and an excellent evening!

   Hali - Inspired by the ocean. This place is absolutely beautiful. So happy to have Hali here in Christchurch. My partner and I are huge seafood lovers, Inati had announced Hali was coming to the scene. We've had the most wonderful experience at Inati so I was excited to book in as soon as we could! Expectations were high since Inati had a mind-blowing menu. We have been on the hunt for a restaurant that was seafood-focused. For our first dining experience in Hali, we booked in for Valentine's day. Spending Valentines here was the best day to experience Hali for the first time. We were very impressed with the cocktail menu, saw some very creative mixes in the lot. We waited down in the bar till we were seated at our table. Round of applause to the interior designer. Fabulous work has been made to create a gorgeous bar/dining area. The staff were super friendly, thanks for being such stars for the night! We had ordered 3 starters, 2 mains and 2 sweet treats to finish it off. By the end of each dish, we were torn to pick which one was our favourite dish of them all! Every bite was balanced beautifully, with great flavours and presented in the sexiest way. Thank you for creating such a stunning menu Hali. We couldn't fault one thing, can't wait to see more from you! :)

   Delicious food and really lovely, welcoming staff. We loved everything we had, but the scallops and the ceviche in particular were amazing. Highly recommended if you’re in Christchurch and looking for a nice night out and some seafood.

   Had an amazing dining experience at Hali. A little surprised there isn't more reviews. Travelling from Sydney Australia a group of 3 of us we wanted to have a meal on our last night that was something a little special and Hali didn't dissapoint. The food was spectacular and cocktails just as good. Service was second to none and the price was not cheap by any means but for the service and quality of food very reasonable for us. Overall a 5/5 experience

   Absolutely stunning, great service with the wait staff which give you a warm welcome when you get in. The environment of the restaurant was great, also love the open kitchen setup. All the meal we have tonight are satisfied, but the roast duck is the most surprise dishes of the night. Not to mention about the cocktail which is a high light of tonight. Wild combination which have great balance with sweet and sour also refreshing your tongue between the meal. Highly recommended! Must try

   Love the atmosphere. Great wait staff, informative and down to earth. Love the flight of 3/5 cocktail idea. You can’t pick the cocktails but most of them are yummy anyway. I prefer my oysters without the extras. But this was a nice change. The crayfish was naturally sweet. Tasted extremely fresh. Catered well for gluten free. Fun place will go again for the Monday fish and chips.
