   I recently visited the Baby Factory Hamilton Central store around 4 PM with my baby, looking for a suitable car seat. While I understand the store closes at 5 PM, I made a point to politely ask the staff at the counter if it was okay to look around, and was told it was fine. Unfortunately, the experience that followed was disappointing. The staff member I interacted with (a lady without glasses) seemed disinterested and gave the impression that my presence was inconvenient. She looked at her watch when I asked for help, and instead of offering guidance, suggested I “have a look online” and then return if I decide to purchase. When I asked for recommendations on baby seats, she simply gestured toward a section without much willingness to assist. I felt unwelcome and judged for coming in an hour before closing, despite checking in advance. As a new parent, I expected a bit more patience and support—especially at a store that specializes in baby products.

   I have ordered Cozy n Safe Apache for my baby. But I missed out the 5-point seatbelt accessory to fix to the new one. I went to the Baby Factory Hamilton if they have the accessory in stock. Even if they don't have it on hand, they helped me order it from their main office and sent it to my home. It was a prompt and smooth transaction. Thank you so much. ❤️

Located on Bryce Street, they will most certainly cater for all your needs. Affordable prices and a great selection of all things "baby" requires.

   If you’re going to order online I wouldn’t recommend. Trying to contact them is a nightmare and the store aren’t able to assist in any way. Even emailing hasn’t had any success would rather much not shop here at all they cause such an inconvenience.

   Bought the BabyCo Jungle High Chair yesterday and when I set it up we realised one of the straps was missing. I called the store and was told that one of the high chairs had the strap removed (not explained why) and reboxed and this was the one sold to us. The strap was found and they said they'd put it aside for us to pick up. When we picked it up the ladies there said they weren't able to find the strap so they took one off the display model and said they'd give us the screw to put it in. Got home and realised the screw wasnt in the bag so we are still unable to use it. Huge lack of communication and problems every step of the way. Very very disappointed.

   I had a really bad experience. All the girls were really nasty towards me and very judgemental I will not be going back and i recommend going to a different store as i did not feel welcomed at all. Very disappointed.

   Great place to shop but some products are not what I expected had to take back glass baby bottles after cracking and a mobile not to mention ordered a cot that never came.
