El Camino Bar and Grill leans into a simple, bistro‑style approach without the fuss. Sweets lean classic and not overly rich. Plates offer plenty without weighing things down. Front‑of‑house runs with calm, helpful energy. A sensible spend for the spread.
Uber eats… Worst Mexican/Fusion around. Waste of money for portion size and flavor. $26 for an enchilada with no red sauce. Pork was dry and no flavor. Also had to pay $5.00 for extra size of refried beans (photo attached). $75 down the drain.
A hidden gem! A friend put me onto this great wee restaurant! We ate on a 2 for $10 Taco Tuesday and it didn’t disappoint! Really tasty food, catered for kids and yummy margarita using good quality tequila! Def will be heading back for more!
What a neat little gem! This place is hidden away but absolutely delicious! Big hefty meals that taste delicious! We got the nachos and honestly, they are currently the best nachos I've had in Christchurch. They had a smokey flavour to them that just made them divine! They also have cheap/decently priced cocktails, which is always a bonus. Definitely worth checking out!
Went for the desert platter that had been advertised. decided to have some starters before. Every was very tasty. The Jalapeno poppers were more cheesy than I expected still tasted good. The desert platter was lovely. The brownie was a bit dry. The churros were by far my favourite.
Delicious food and yummy dessert! Very friendly and attentive service. Would definitely go again!
