   Not good when you find a stray hair in your Sushi but by the time we found it, we were over a hour away. Sushi here has been good in the past so a bit of a let down.

   $10 for this is unbelievable. Also once the udon noodles soup was also unbelievable salty, we had to ask the chef to add hot water to our bowl 3 times, 1 big ladle each time and it was still too salty to eat.

   As promised St Pierres …no reply…Very disappointed, have been a customer of the branch for a long time since they opened, I emailed them to bring to their attention that I found not one but two hairs in my recent sushi purchased, 1st email no reply, 2nd follow up email no reply over 2 weeks , this shows they don’t care about safe food practices or there customers, I have noticed in the last 6 months there food quality has gone down hill, and size of ingredients has shrunk.

   Just stopped Saturday midday for a take away sushi of the day ("seafood") and a Miso soup for me and my partner. 6 hours later started to feel sick with vomiting and diarrhea. Few hours later also my partner got sick. Just wondering if any other client had the same issue today you may be dealing with crossed contamination. Ill never buy anything here again

   Walking into this St Pierre’s Sushi & Bento Bowl it was very quiet as was 7:30pm I suspect - they close at 8pm, in fact there were no other customers until 2 more arrived shortly after I entered. Approached the counter area of the sushi side of this eatery and was disappointed to see that all but a few remaining pre-made sushi packet combinations remained. However it was nearing their closing time so restocking was clearly not being done for this reason and I was able to get my order made fresh so a big plus there. Making my request I was met with a very reluctant attitude from the St Pierre’s assistant which was a shame and I suspect she was possibly tired. The sushi itself once we got home to eat it - which was only a 5 minute drive away - was very dry, bland and not at all enjoyable. We have had sushi from other St Pierre’s stores in CHCH and never encounter this poor standard of sushi. That with the poor service all contributed to our low rating for our experience on this occasion. I would like to think this was a one off and not something that happens often however it did for us on this visit which was disappointing given the price and time we invested.

   Not bad but definitely not the best St Pierre's in Christchurch. Staff seem up tight and not very friendly. Usually busy. Plenty of parking. Plenty of sushi to choose from.
