   TERRIBLE FOOD, NOT AUTHENTIC AND AN EMBARASSAMENT FOR THE BRAZILIAN COMMUNITY. I'm Brazilian and was passing by with an American friend, and we decided to give it a try. First of all, steak with CINNAMON?! Is this Indian or Brazilian barbecue? The service is friendly but super slow. There's a break of almost 10 minutes between each meat serving, which is not up to Brazilian standards at all. The meat was bland, tasteless, and looked like it was just reheated. The sides don't make you feel like you're in a Brazilian barbecue place at all. Dehydrated kale, really?! I've never seen that. Anyway, this is probably the worst restaurant I've been to in the 8 years I've lived here in New Zealand. For foreigners visiting, don't waste your time, money, and energy on this place; it's not real Brazilian food, and most of the staff are not even Brazilian.

   We have never had a bad experience at Tudo Bem. We decided to have our year end function there and was treated, from the very first phone call, through the planning and the evening itself, not even to talk about the food, like royalty. Neha Pai was the lady I dealt with for all the planning, but every single staff member was friendly and extremely professional. The food was AMAZING!!! The food is always amazing!!!! Thank you Tudo Bem for making the whole experience enjoyable and effortless. You will see us again ❤️

   Great place, great space, staff seemed super nice and friendly. They’re busy. It was a one of a kind experience. You pay a certain amount and gets heaps of food, the variety is great. For vegetarians, there are some nice options too. Dessert is extra and not included in buffet. Worth trying with family or group of friends as you can share meals

   The meat was mostly good, the condiments OK. The delivery of the circulating menu options for the one price meal, were very9 delayed between offerings and we did not see all that was supposedly on offer. The chicken hearts were way overcooked, dehydrated like rubber. Servings were a one slice offering but they did give two if asked. It was a one-off experience for me.

   Been twice now, both times the food was amazing. Service is wonderful! So accommodating when we had a large birthday dinner. Went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend. Also 3 kids who are fussy eaters and they also loved it!

   Meat and condiments were nice, quite pricy for the full set all you can eat menu, cost me $124 for 1 adult and 2 children 5&7 excluding drinks/dessert. I opted for the fullset all you can eat menu because I wanted the chicken hearts only to be dry and over cooked. It pained me that I paid $18 for 2 jugs of LLB only to be 70-80% ice, my son accidentally bumped his half filled glass off the table so we had to buy a 2nd jug, we managed to get 4.5 glasses each but it could have easily been 6 glasses if there wasn't so much ice. Pics give context to size of jug/glass and amount of ice.
