   I am not one to write to reviews - this is literally this first one I’ve ever written. Sara has cared for my precious doggie companion from the day I picked her up from the rescue centre at 8 weeks old, until the day we had to say our final goodbye 12 years later. We followed Sara when she moved to set up her own practice because she is the most compassionate, caring, and good-natured, not only vet, but person, you’ll meet. She’s always gone above and beyond to take special care of my beloved Indie, right up until her last day which she made as calm and warm as possible for such a difficult day - she came to our home and treated the whole process with empathy and respect - for both Indie and her very heartbroken Mum. Her whole team at West Vet clearly share the same values of genuine care for their patients and humans, as no matter who you deal with - from reception to nurses to other vets - you feel the same warmth and care as I have experienced for over 12 years from Sara. I cannot recommend her and her team highly enough, nor thank the entire West Vet team for everything they have done for us, particularly in the last difficult months ❤️

   I just can't praise west vets enough. My dog was showing stomach discomfort and they made it possible for him to be seen within an hour of my call. He needed emergency surgery and without a thought for the long day they were having due to late night they stayed even longer to save my boys life. The love care and compassion for not only my dog but also me didnt go unnoticed. I couldn't have more gratitude and appreciation for what all the staff did that night. He is recovering well. Thank you thank you thank you!!

   We have had the pleasure of meeting three of the lovely vets here and they have all been amazing to all of our animals. They are upfront with costs so nothing is ever a surprise. We needed a last minute appointment on Saturday and they somehow managed to fit us in. Also the receptionists are absolutely lovely as well. Highly recommend and thank you west vets.

   I have had the joy and pleasure of working with particularly Dr Sara and the lovely ladies at the front desk since I added two pups to our lives. Dolly and Barney looovvvee Dr Sara and there is always laughter and hope and a lot of love from all the staff. We are seeing them on Monday for the first time in a little while and I am not sure what they will think when they see the latest photos.
