After having a really poor experience with another vet, we were recommended this vet online. The care, service and overall experience have been great. Our 10yo + dog has an operation, I was very worried, but it all went so well and he was in great care. The receptionist even held him in her arms until he fell asleep. We have three dogs and they'll all be coming here now
Took great care of my cat. Informed me of everything that was wrong with him and they are reasonably priced. I really appreciated the advice to make sure he stays healthy
After multiple trips to the vet before Christmas we kept being reassured that our kitten (not even 11 months old) just needed some antibiotics and something for a parasite. We queried if there was anything else we could do they said no. We dropped our kitten peach off to a cattery after being reassured the day before that she’ll be fine. Cattery rushed peach to them on Saturday 23rd of December to Tim, who spoke to us after she had been and told us she needed 500ml of fluid and something to help her eat and a strong antibiotic and special food “but she’ll be fine”We got a call from the cattery saying basically the same thing, but also that the vet told her “this cat is in seriously bad shape”. But said she was fine to go back to the cattery. Our little peach died in the cattery early morning on Christmas Eve. Vets are meant to look after pets, not brush them off because it’s a busy time of year. I will never take another one of my pets here, and will be telling everyone else I know who goes there, to change to a different vet. When calling the vet I explained the situation and said I’d like to have the clinic managers email address so I can email my concerns and line up a meeting so I can better understand their processes, I was hung up on. Disgusted, and angry doesn’t even start to cover it.
We will never use this vet again until they clear up the matter of whether they put down a cat on the 28 July that was brought in by the Crazy Cat Lady that kills cats in Papanui. She was recorded kidnapping the cat from Bellvue Ave. Why did the vets put the cat down? Unfortunately, we don't know why, because the vets refuse to speak with the reporter that investigated for Radio NZ. Until they refute it, we believe the worst: they destroyed someone's cat that was not brought in by the owner, but kidnapped. This woman is a known abuser of animals.
I have been with this vet for about 16years . Always professional and friendly and experts in their help for your pet . I will not take my pets to any other vet .thankyou
I have rats, and it can be hard to find a vet that has the knowledge and ability to work with rats. They are also very responsible priced.
