Fantastic knowledge and lots of patience and clear explanations of what different bike, models and price ranges would provide. It meant we got a bike that is going to be just right for the purpose it is going to be used for but have room to grow with the rider to explore different avenues as needed too.
Was helped by a lovely young man - Hayden. Very helpful and he sold me a steezy Rocky Mountain bike. I have so far crashed five times but have been told that this is unfortunately my fault and not a bike issue. Would recommend chatting to Hayden for any bike questions you have, what a superstar!
What a fantastic experience. We are 1st time E-Bike customers and had no idea were to begin. We were met by a young man named Liam who was incredible. He was knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and went above and beyond. We just went for a look and ended up purchasing 2 E-Bikes with all the bits and pieces. Evo Cycles quickly sorted my new warranty frame, I upgraded it to the Carbon model, and Trek were on the ball with their end aswell (standing behind their products). Sometimes online bike shops get a bad wrap for whatever reason, I can say Evo cycles have been excellent! How hot is this bike!
