   Cannot thank the team (particularly Darrin) enough for their wonderful customer service. I came in store to ask a small query about my daughter’s bike. They encouraged me to bring it in to have a look. When I returned that afternoon they were only too happy to take a look straight away and helped get her back on her bike and riding. It’s rare to find businesses with such great customer service and expertise these days. Will deffinately be returning to buy our next round of bikes from them. Thanks guys.

   The Customer Service at EVO Cycles Rototuna, Hamilton was amazing. The sales guy (Pretty sure he was the owner) was very patient with my 2-year old son trying on helmets, got down on his level and made the whole experience stress free. He even threw in a free bell for his little balance bike. I highly recommend EVO Cycles Rototuna!

   Buying a teenager a bike is as daunting as bringing together left and right politicians…so I thought I’d let EVO help guide me. We started with the type and size of bike, because my child had been riding one that was two sizes too small! Then we looked at brake types as our delightfully soggy Waikato makes for difficult breaking at times. It turns out that a simple upgrade to hydraulic brakes can reassure my young rider that the bike will ALWAYS stop on demand. It took a little time to order the hybrid tyres but knowing that both a ride to school and ride on wet grass or gravel will be smooth and safe, was worth the wait. I feel confident that I made the correct choice and I’m very grateful to the team at EVO. My son rode his bike out of EVO and actually BEAT ME HOME!

   Took my bike in today, they didn't even let me finish off what I wanted done, (which was brakes and gear service) we won't touch this bike because its from the warehouse, how pathetic! because its not a brand from your shop, where the old fashion service a bike a bike no matter what brand. You fixed and balanced my bike wheel, is that because you didn't know what bike it came off. As I was driving out one of your sales men asked if I could take it to frankton Evo cycles, doesn't make sense to me, why can't you do it there . No I won't be taking it there even through the young ones there are friendly and I've taken my bike to Frankton Evo before,no problem. I now live in Chartwell so your shop was the closest, hence why I went there. Oh and you 3 older men can take that smike of your faces, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

   First time in this Evo branch. Impressive collection of bikes and accessories. Went there to fix a tubeless flat tire, service was fast and reliable. Not too many people in a Sunday lunch time. Nice offers for the Boxing Day though. Well located, easy parking, if not in front, can find just by New World.
