Stayed at the Trinity Wharf over the Christmas period along with our overseas visitors. Our rooms were perfect (over water). Breakfast was great and the hotel staff were all very friendly and professional. A special mention for Jason who, although very busy looking after all diners, made us feel very welcome as did Trinity on reception. Will definitely book again.

I was part of a booking for 200 people to dine for breakfast. It had been booked way in advance and booked at a certain time. The preparation for our group was disappointing. The breakfast buffet consisted of hash browns, bacon, breakfast sausages, scrambled eggs and baked beans which is delicious. But all the food was be gone after 10-15 people and it would take them 10-20 minutes to refill one food item which was a shame because by the time all the food was refilled, most of it was on the cold side. it was a long wait and some people just had a couple of spoons of baked beans on their plate, another only had 2 sausages on theirs from being tired of waiting for so long and its to be expected considering most of our group were elderly. There would've only been about 100 of us in the end which should have made things easier. I have worked in the hospitality industry and catered for groups bigger than this group and the reason why I say I'm disappointed in the preparation is because knowing that a big group is coming through. The kitchen staff should've had the food trays filled, more cooked and ready to go and more ready to cook as the extra food in the kitchen was taken out. Make no mistake, the place is absolutely beautiful with spectacular views of the water. But sadly that's all that was good about it.

Really friendly staff. Fab and huge room (3 bed apartment) very clean and comfortable with all amenities. Good location in terms of access to things but need a car and isnβt in walking distance of much, so if youβre looking to be in the Mount, youβll need to drive and park (10 mins). Wasnβt a problem for us but we were there in the week and early season.

The view was gorgeous and the bed was super comfy. The on-site facilities are pretty good as well. Service was undeniably incredible. However, I wasn't very happy with the bathroom. Hair all over the place, the shower design meant that water easily gets everywhere, and the door isn't completely sealed off from the "bedroom" itself. Sound creeps in from the hallway and I expected a little more with this being such a nice hotel. In terms of money value, it was okay.

Great location, super-sized rooms, very clean and professional staff. Ticked all the boxes for us on our recent stay. Having free on-site parking available is a huge bonus too. We will be back...

Went for the Sunday high tea for a birthday party and it was really lovely. Lots of teas to choose from plus wines for the adults. A nice layer of savoury sandwiches, small pies, salmon on pancakes, then two layers of brownie, cheesecake, brown sugar pudding, coffee mousse etc. Lovely outlook over the water too.

We have stayed at Trinity twice now. It is a great location close to restaurants and bars. Our room was lovely with great view over the harbour and the cleanliness and daily housekeeping was superb. Checking in and out was very efficient and friendly. The lobby bar was a great setup with a warm cozy fire and plenty of comfy couches and chairs. We caught up with friends there and had drinks and was very pleasant. The only problem was the bar staff were a bit vague and had no proper change for cash payments and we were given 50$ change in coins, so unless we could pay exact amount, they could not give us change in notes. We had buffet breakfast during our stay and the selection was very good, however the food was just above cold temperature. Very sad to look out our window across at the beautiful infinity pool and see lots of graffiti on the outside pool wall. Will recommend and will stay again.

We had a lovely apartment overlooking the sea. Incredible panoramic views in the main living area. Beds were comfortable, and all the essential bits and bobs were provided. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine, locks on the bathroom doors, and aircon in all of the bedrooms. I had to call down and ask for a fan for our room. We did find a bit of an ant infestation in our kitchen. The bar served some of the nicest chips I've ever had, worth a visit just for those!

From arrival to departure we had the best experience. The staff we encountered within our 3 days stay were very friendly and helpful. Archieβs smile at the bar was so inviting, Brooke on reception was friendly and always making sure we had everything we needed. Carl on departure was fast and efficient with check out. Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely big bathroom and had the bonus of a balcony overlooking the water. The king bed was super comfy and there was an offer of different pillows so getting what I needed was not an issue, thanks Chris for this from the second night onwards. Results = a perfect nights sleep. Complimentaries were adequate and it wasnβt a problem to get more if we needed. Location was great with restaurants, bars and shops a short walk along the waterfront. Would highly recommend and will be back to stay again. One bonus that could be added is stronger lighting with a magnifying mirror for makeup in the bathroom. .
