To be honest this place is awesomely placed to be something special. But the service is just awful and from what I saw it’s not the staff but the process. As an example we had a booking at 3 on the deck. We turned up at 3 went to bar stood there whilst three staff talked to each other before coming to us. Told them why we were there got told to go to front desk for bookings. Asked if we could buy a beer from bar they said we will do table service go to front desk. Went to front desk got our table no table service so went to bar. Spent three hours there only table service was to collect emprties. Went to the bar to buy drink. Staff standing there cleaning glasses would serve us. Service was really really disappointing. Love the location food was ok but service doesn’t even Meet the minimum and “hospitality”

Be very wary on thier specials. Sundays 2 for 1 fish an chips. Sounds good right? Nope. Thwy gove u half the serving size for the fish so really its just normal size split into 2. I asked about this the waiter said nope its normal. Then appolgized after we had finished and said they make the portions sampler for the 2 for 1. False advertising and bs service. Left feeling ripped off and foul taste in my mouth. Bs offers which is just a scam. Won't be back.

Excellent and attentive service from everyone I dealt with; the food was divine and cocktails delicious. Apparently it was the chef’s second day, well he cooked one of the best steaks I’ve had. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. A great thank you to Jess for looking after me so well, you’ve made my day

We went on a Thursday Night for a birthday. Service were friendly, patient and attentive. I was the only non seafood eater in our group however they’ve said the seafood were fresh, flavourful and well prepped. We got a few tapas and we highly recommend the natural oysters (vingerette has a bit of sweetness to it) and Tuna Taretare. As for Mains we got the King Prawns, Linguine and Lamb. Prawns were massive and had so much flavour with the side of their special sauce. linguine had a generous amount of Scallops in it. We had to take out as we ordered with our eyes an it was still amazing the day after. Fries servings or on the big side so could share 1 between two or three depending on appetite. We finished off with their Brownie and Tiramasu where they were kind enough to add candles on it for the birthday. If you like fudgy brownies you will love theirs with the added hazelnuts for texture. Tiramisu was also lovely. If you prefer yours on the chocolate side this one will do the trick. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Venue would be perfect for a cheeky cocktail and oysters during sunset as the view is gorgeous. Would recommend for the seafood enjoyers or just a good eat.

Excellent food. Menu was carefully thought out and portions were very generous (other diners took home leftovers!). We spent about $70 a head including drinks which for the quality seemed good value.

We booked the private room. Katrina and the team were outstanding. The food was fabulous and the service was brilliant. Staff were appearing with great timing to check on us. Would def do this again. Was a brilliant night and experience.

Food was good, service was bad nobody asked if we wanted a desert. We had 1 drink and waited over half hour with empty glasses and nobody asked if we wanted another drink so we didn't bother. Two waiters walked pass our table and we try to ask them with no luck.

I recently visited Salinity and it does have some standout features worth mentioning. Let me start with the positives. The restaurant offered cheap mimosas with multiple flavors which was a great value. I particularly enjoyed the orange mimosa which had a refreshing taste. The setting of the restaurant was also beautiful with a lovely view. It was the perfect spot for a Sunday brunch with friends. The atmosphere was very calming which added to the overall experience. However, there were a few negative points that I must mention. There are some confusing rules about booking the private room, which was a bit of a letdown. When I ordered eggs benedict, it didn't come with toast which was a bit of a disappointment. Moreover, the restaurant used lettuce with the eggs which was an unusual combination and not to my liking. Lastly, I was surprised to find no egg-free options on the breakfast menu which can be a problem for people with allergies. Overall, the restaurant had some great positives, but there were also some negatives that could be improved. I would recommend this restaurant for its cheap mimosas and beautiful setting, but the confusing menu and lack of options for people with dietary restrictions could be improved.

This restaurant has great views. Staff are friendly. I have been numerous times and they always run out of something. In the past it was no avocados for mashed avo or no orange juice for mimosas. This time it was the potato cakes on their brunch menu. The replacement offered was sourdough toast that you couldn't even cut with a knife let alone eat. And no discount given or offered. Everyone's egg were cold. The kitchen needs a shake up and maybe you need to rethink having sourdough on your menu. Apparently even the staff have suggested having it removed because of the complaints they receive from customers. Our waiter Dylan by the way was absolutely fabulous. Very professional and attentive. Shame about the food.

Highly recommended. For brunch, “The Classic” and “Full “Breakfast” were amazing! Sadly, we came their early morning, way before they could serve their tapas and mains. We asked if they could serve the Ceviche (in the tapas menu) before serving time, thankfully they said YES! Everything was amazing.
