Absolutely incredible experience here. I have been twice in a few months, and the dental staff have exceeded expectations on both occasions. Super friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Very grateful for the calm and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this Tui Dental, and will remain a regular patient here.
I visited the TUI Dental Clinic at Parkwood, Huntington today to have my second molar extracted. As someone with high blood pressure, I was feeling quite nervous and under pressure before the procedure. However, the team handled everything with such professionalism and kindness that I was immediately put at ease. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and I didnβt feel any stress at all. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Fiyona Dong and her assistant Waida β I truly appreciate your excellent care and service!
I was highly impressed with the service given here at Parkwood. 30+ weeks pregnant and was assured I was making the right choice to have the work done that needed to be done. I had a lovely dental assistant who kept me calm when she could see I was in pain. Dr Jeffery Park did awesome work and is a lovely dentist. I will certainly be going back when I next need to.
I was so nervous today, after having a poor experience with another dental clinic and was left traumatised. However at Tui Dental in Parkwood - today Dr Mercedes Dizon and her assistant were super helpful and engaging, they made the environment that much more relaxing. The vibes were so good, I highly recommend these ladies and this dental! Iβll definitely be back in the new year to have my wisdoms removed. Thanks a million team, and have a great Christmas!
So clean and welcoming, helps take your mind off the purpose of the visit. Kind, friendly staff who were very welcoming and were happy to give advice when asked. The Dentist was also lovely, had a soft spoken way about him and it was a mercifully painless experience. I've been to other cheaper places, but this was well worth the cost.
A truly positive experience. I received professional and courteous service from the moment I walked in the door. The lady dentist was a delight in every respect, listened to what I needed, advised me accordingly with full x-ray disclosure and then performed possibly the best piece of minor dentistry I have had in my life. At no point did she attempt to upsell me on services in spite of there was plenty of scope to do so and the bill was what I would describe as honest. I literally left with a smile on my otherwise numb face. What more does one wish for from a dental practice?
Had my wisdom tooth taken out and the dentist was very lovely and thorough in making sure everything was taken out since my tooth had broken off and there was was a single piece that was stuck in and was very stubborn it took over 45 minutes to get removed however she got it in the end. She was very kind and kept reassuring me. The assistant was also very kind as well. Would highly recommend Parkwood Tui Dental.
Iβve been here in Feb 2018 because I had a really bad toothache, I told dentis that I had toothache for 2 days and used paint-killers but itβs not helpful. So they did x-ray, check, consultation and then gave me some kind of paint-killers ( and later, I found out this medicine was even dated, unbelievable ). However, the paint got worse afterward...No choice, so I gone to see another dentis on Victoria st and got Prescribed antibiotic straight away because itβs clear infection. Thanks for that, paint gone away... However I felt really disappointed with Tui dentis here, with their quality of service, I think no way I will come back here.
I had X-ray and the full dental check up from this branch literally a month ago and now I got impacted wisdom tooth which was never mentioned in the consultation. The gum is swollen and infected. I am not blaming the dentist but why wasnt this mentioned at the time of the X-ray? Surely the wisdom tooth dont just turn into an impacted wisdom tooth in a space of four weeks?
