I brought a power station on the 30th of November I was told by the staff member that it will be ready to pick up in 3 to 4 days. 2 weeks later after after going back to the shop 2 time's an calling them 4 time's I'm now told I'm not going to get it till after Xmas that's going to make a rubbish Xmas day thanks for the mess around
Went there to pickup a laptop for an insurance Claim, Andrew the manager was great at assisting me and was able to get me an upgrade on my laptop. Great service highly recommended
Today I experienced fantastic customer service from Jason. He went above and beyond to help me with my enquiry and was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
Just went into store to have one sales guy stand next to me and not even have any recommendations on headsets. I told him to leave as he was useless and was not helpful at all only to be sent someone else that stated game was there thing and still couldn't tell me anything about gaming headsets I asked about and as I was about to say what ones I wanted I asked about the 12 mo ths intreset free they have with qcard he told me no they dont do that it's only 6 months when you swipe your card now I did stat that's not what the website stats but he wasnt having it so I told him he needs re training and that all staff should know there finance options and not have a customer explain it to them. You lost a sale and I will never be coming back to your store
The Noel Leeming Tauriko team got a lot wrong in 2019. I was very hesitant to deal with this branch again but I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service I received from Tyler. She actually listened to me and took out time to understand where I was coming from, she assured me she would take care of my issue, she communicated extremely well about the steps she would take and she delivered on her promises. That's exceptional in my book. It's okay for stores to make mistakes, customers just want to see the mistake corrected in a professional and ethical manner. Great work, hope your team and manager appreciates you because I certainly do.
Good selection and helpful, but not pushy staff. Found what I needed easily. A lot of items have no prices on them though. Was in the dark on my items price till I asked at check out.
If you need expert assistance, ask for Tyler. He did an awesome job today helping me with information on a product. It is great to be able to make an informed decision. In addition he was hard at work on his birthday.
Saw all sorts of appliances I'd love to own. A friend was buying a new phone. Great comprehensive service with their own 'ninja' to ensure information was transferred to her new phone.
I went to this store to purchase a new TV. I did not explain why I needed it. The guy who was at the loading dock (Patrick) was amazing. He was very patient and helpful trying to find a safe way of transporting the TV. When we started talking about why I bought it he said there is actually a cheaper way to achieve what I needed (smart TV functionality). It is amazing to see there is ethical people and shops out there that is truly interested in finding the best solution for their customers rather that making a profit!
