Just brought a new bed while the best sale was on. Had a wonderful saleswoman do a sleep map then proceed to show me a wide range of beds. She was very patient as I took by turn on each bed and eventually found the bed I was after in my price range. Very friendly staff with a floor of many options. Would highly recommend getting their input prior to buying a bed.
Came in just before Christmas to look at beds. Kathleen was amazing and helped me to find the correct bed in the price range that worked for me. She was an absolute darling. The rest of the staff were great as well. My bed was delivered quickly (before Christmas) and the delivery drivers were great as well. 100% will recommend BedsRus. Loving my new bed!

We visited the Hamilton store to buy a replacement mattress. We thought we had done our homework and we’re fairly sure of the mattress we were after, that was until we met Trish. She was professional and just great to deal with, she shared her expertise and extensive knowledge she showed us how we could have so much better than our original choice. We left with her recommendation, a mattress protector & 2 new pillows. We’ve had it now for about 2 weeks and are both sleeping really well. Thanks heaps.

Everything is very nicely displayed and organized. I like the explanation cards that are available for the product. The male staff member who was filling in from the Cambridge branch was very informative and friendly. There are a lot of car parks available and designated disabled parking.
The delivery team (Kyle and Caydon) were on time and very polite and courteous. They worked quickly and did an amazing job, tidied up afterwards. Couldn’t ask for a better team. Thank you.
