    Over promise under delivered. Shocking communication. Having to follow up myself. Was promised call backs but never hear back! Took in my multi tool because I pulled it apart and forgot how to put it all back together. Then they came back with a price to fix it. Which cost more than a brand new 1 and some change!

    What an absolute shocking experience. Took my water blaster in for service and repairs nearly 7 MONTHS later and all sorts of excuses. Went to them 4 times, phoned them 8 times, the communication is shocking as it is absolutely non excysting. Extremely expensive and no customer service at all. You should be ashamed of being in business. I will NEVER recommend you.Only to find out today after we have used it once and $1800 later that the original problem is still ongoing:(

    Took my Paslode to Mitre 10 for a spring replacement. These guys quotes me 80% of what the gun was worth to fix it. So decided against it. They sent the gun back I literal peices. So now have to find someone to put the gun back together, along with paying them to look at it. Would not recommend!

    Worst company Ive dealt with in years. Totally uninterested in any customer service. Took weeks to do anything and had to follow up everytime. I did pass on feedback but they not interested

    Second time using this company, first time, took them weeks before they even looked at our water blaster then the problem was not resolved anyway. This time we asked for the machine to just be repaired, was told they would look at it in 2 days time. 2 weeks later, we received a pre inspection quote. Ended up picking up the machine and taking it elsewhere. Will not be back. Definitely not recommended.

    Trish, Mark and the team at Greene Brothers have been exceptional!! Last year my gifted pool needed a new pump!!! It was a needle in the haystack job to locate one - given Covid was in full swing! After numerous attempts including cancelled shipments from their supplier, they were able to source one for me...and as of today we have a fully functioning pool!! Great communication, supportive and informative service - these guys are next level helpful - you should give them your patronage because they won't let you down! :)

    Phoned and spoke with Mandy who quoted me $69 to replace power cord on my circular saw. Sounded a bit pricey when they can be bought for $17 from electronic store. After weeks of deliberating I decided to go ahead with it. When I arrived I spoke with another older lady who advised me there was a fee of $57.50 for service fee and that Mandy "would have explained that to you" - well no she didn't. I confirmed with the old lady that Mandy had quoted me $69 and asked if the fee was included in this. I was advised it was and so having already resolved to forking out the $69 I went ahead with it. One week later I receive a bill for $79.35. The bill states any disputes to be raised within 7 days. I raised it within an hour. Mandy emailed me back and stated "we always quote with GST, Im sorry you misheard". I again raised it in store when I went to collect and was told "Mandy always quotes with GST". This team are covering each others arses to the detriment of customers. Its only $10 but it's the principle. Its clear they just don't care. Yes Mandy always tells you its with GST (not) just like she always tell people they MUST have a service fee added even though not needed (again not).

    I took my Dremel 4200 down to Mitre 10 Mega in 15 POLAND ROAD Wairau Valley for repair on the 29/11/2017. The customer service confirmed the tool was working but just the Housing cap was Jammed so i wasn't able to change the head of the Dremel and they sent it off to your company since it was still under warranty also saying it should be done after 10-14 working days. I called into Mitre 10 Mega to see if my items done repairing, finding out that i had to call the service agents Greene Brothers. So I called in and asked the service agent then Found out that the repair would be expensive, because some dust or something got into the Dremel. So I cancelled the repair and wanted to get it back. Few days later I went to pick up my Dremel on the 22/12/2017 but I was shocked Seeing my Dremel in Parts that i cant even assemble because im no expert in these fields. I am Very unsatisfied with this level of Repair service. I sent in an item that is working and when i canceled my repair it came back in parts also charging me $40 for the Inspection Fee. This is the WORST repair service I have ever gotten in my life!!!! For example if you took a car for repair and found out that its too expensive and canceled the repair Service then you found out that your car came back in metal scraps instead of its original shape you have taken it in, ANYONE WOULD BE ANGRY!! I Sent Back for ASSEMBLING and have to wait for another 3-4 weeks since its christmas and new years. PS: WHY ON EARTH DO I HAVE TO PAY AN INSPECTION FEE WHEN MY ITEM IS STILL IN THE WARRANTY?!? 1 and a half months later after I sent the item in for the reassembling, they couldn't reassemble the Dremel 4200 at the end. I'm very disappointing in this service where i have to call up with mitre 10 to remind you that you couldn't fix the item. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY... SLOW, UNRELIABLE AND EXPENSIVE!
