A Big Shout Out to the manager and two of his staff at the Owens Place branch in Mount Maunganui. Today I went in to ask for help with a technical issue on my iPhone. All three of the staff were extremely helpful to me and persevered to solve my problem. Thank you very much.
For a shop with plenty of staff, i wondered around the store yet no one bothered to ask if I needed assistance
Not happy with there customer experience, i pre ordered my iphone on 15th of September that supposed to come on 22nd of September then i got another mail your iphone coming on 26th of September, i call them on 26 they said it’s out of stock, that didn’t make any sense of i ordered while the phone was in stock, they give my phone to someone else.
Only complaint is to get to the Technical department, you have to walk Miles through the Furniture department. If you have restricted mobility, don't bother.
Their service is very bad. Our fridge was stop cooling when we complained technician came after 3 days meantime our food get spoiled when i talked to their team they said we can claim your spoil food. But they declined our claim and give us a silly reason. Not happy with their service.
Great customer service, they let me see if my phone fit in the arm band and the window phone mount before purchasing.
Wonderfull. Excellant staff.Easy to find,, in Owens place. Under the new fly over motorway; through the Tunnel underneath. A hop step and a jump from Bayfair. cheers.
Would just like to leave a review regarding your staff member Monika- absolutely great service, we where in store to upgrade our Dyson stick vacuum cleaner, totally great service from start to end .
I buy new iPhone 14 pro max after some days screen touch not working there is no physical damage or not even minor scratch I thought mat be software problem I give them and they change screen even dnt ask me about that I just use 4 or 5 hour only ..they have mobile from almost 2 week when I visit store very bad behavior by lady who deal with me
