   3 weeks to get an app for my daughter who is in pain now is an absolute joke. Whats the point of being enrolled with a GP who can never see you or your kids . This gp has gone so downhill in the last 3 years it's disgusting

   Usually the staff are super friendly etc but this new ish lady at reception is not very nice at all. She’s an older lady with blonde hair. She’s very rude and snappy. Quite the disappointment to be fair

   Usually the people here are lovely but this morning I went in worried because I got a positive pregnancy test as I have suffered from a pregnancy loss already and the blonde receptionist laughed in my face and told me it wasn’t urgent when I was clearly stressed and worried. They refused to even send a form through for blood tests. Went to 24 hour surgery and they agreed it was urgent and saw me instantly. Take notes :(

   If i could give zero it would be this practice has become absolutely useless the receptionist are rude and they never have appts. When your trying to discuss something they never answer the phone but when it's the other way they have sent the bill as you walk out the door. Shocking you need to do better!!

   My partner tried to get a repeat prescription and nurse was supposed to text to tell him needs to be seen. Never happened. Meant to be sent to local chemist. Never happened. On holiday in kaikoura supposed to be sent there. Never happened. Absolutely useless. Heart medication I thought important!!!

   Worst G.P, knew we should've left when Dr Jade and Dr Vidiya left as it's been a complete joke since. This is the third time we've called to get a script sent through to the pharmacy, only to go collect them and you haven't even sent the right medication through. Absolute joke, no care for patients at all, no wonder all the good doctors left

   Have had poor service from the practice in the past but today blew me away. The doctor personally made a follow up appointment and said he had to see me after getting my blood test results, the nurse phoned me and informed me that the bloods were all normal and I still needed to see the doctor. I walked into his office today and he didn't really know who I was or why I'm there and eventually pulled my info on the system and had a brief look just to tell me there is nothing wrong and I'm good to go? $50 thanks for coming, felt so ripped off.

   Not recommend. My case, never get to see a doctor when needed, even pre-Covid time. Now it’s worse. They say no doctor available so go to emergency if needed, in the mean time take ‘panadol’ or others, yes I know and I have been doing that. I don’t foresee my sickness and make an appointment in advance. “Some” staff are nice but just not right.

   This is a good general practice service with a number of doctors that really want to help their patients. Located in the middle of Rangiora it is easy to find and also easy to get too. What I like about the practice is that there is no hassles about getting an appointment if you need it quickly. Limited car parking is available out front.
