I've always found this Clinic and my Doctor Richard Walsh, exceptional. I've been attending for 13 years, and have complete confidence in the professional, friendly team at Redwood Clinic.
Been going to Redwood clinic for 5 years now and Dr Walsh is absolutely amazing and very thorough. The reception is lovely and always very professional, the waiting time is amazing compared to a lot of other Drs. They can usually fit you in within a couple of days. I cannot fault Redwood clinic.
My husband and I have been patients here for 15 years and have always appreciated Dean and Kerry's caring and thorough approach to our health. As a fellow GP we choose those who care for our medical issues and those of our family with great care and we nothing but praise for the care we have received from the whole team here.
Friendly staff, caring and thorough care from both Kerry and Dean for our family. Always get prompt call backs when needed, good followup. Reception staff very professional, friendly and attentive. Nothing has been a problem for them with any of our family.
Great care and treatment for me, my wife and two little daughters - it’s 2023 and Dean and Kerry continued to be incredible at looking after my family.
IF YOU HAVE ANY MENTAL HEALTH CONCERNS, AVOID THIS TERROR. Richard Walsh nearly killed my son from him handing my son long term overdosing of ADHD medication, and now has to live with the severe change and effect due to Richard incompetence. ALSO ... Richard, the nurse, and more so the PRACTICE MANAGER have no idea how to manage someone with severe anxiety. I made a formal complaint, but their manager doesn't care about his wrongdoing and incompetence. Also EVERY time I went I had to wait 30-60 minutes, they overbook their doctors. More concerned with making money than good service. Richard threw different pills at me for years that never got results, then to finally find one that works, he then stopped it cold turkey after 3 months. That almost killed me. But he then admitted he has others on it for years, I swear he thinks he's God.
I’ve been attending this clinic for 26 years (since I was born). High levels of care and professionalism.
Excellent service, Kerry and Dean are fantastic doctors and everyone that works there, nurses and reception are all very knowledgeable and helpful and lovely
Treated with a grab one 3 treatment special. Good selection to choose from. Beautician sick but contacted in good time and re booked. Very good service, massage firm. Parking out front. Suggest paint and fixing some light fittings that appear to need a more solid hold.
