Almondine has no almond taste to it..just a soft sponge.. with 2 or three rasberries..the chicken filo, filo pastry was not cooked through doughy at bottom. Top of it needed more browning..Disappointed..if u are going to name a business Le Petite than serve them...trying to be french but not really.. allround, there are better around. Pricey

They offered me a “Coffee Card”…I said “No” “ I don’t need other incentive to come here! You’re the best…position, parking, Spotlessly clean… Interesting and innovative menu (Never bored). So it’sMy fussy taste buds and I love it! EMcM.

My wife and I called in for brunch. We ordered crrepes, which we enjoyed. Portions were a little underwhelming though. The cabinet food festures plenty of pastries, which is always a great sign. This is a good cafe to go to for coffee.

Haven’t tried much as we came in the morning for light breakfast. Heaps of food options in a cabinet as well as desserts and a reasonable selection of food on a menu. We had an apple tart and a lemon crepes. Tart was 10/10. Surely recommended

Lemon curd and sugar crepe was ok but would’ve been better if it was more crispy than soft (my preference). The bacon, banana and cream was good. Scone was ok too.

Don't be fooled by the name, this is not a French bakery. The food is good, but you won't find anything French here... Especially the bread, it's a far-fetched imitation. The food is good but quite pricey! French bakeries (yes, even in New Zealand) are usually authentic and offer fair pricing! While an authentic French sandwich typically costs around $7 in genuine French bakeries, here you'll find an ordinary sandwich for $12. Perhaps the high prices can be justified by the seating options? Aslo, if you're looking for French pastries like croissants or pain au chocolate, prepare to be disappointed, they don't have any. Anyway, the food is good, so if the price and the lack of authenticity don't bother you, you might enjoy it

Best hot chocolate in town as tastes like real chocolate. Cabinet is expensive so we just shared a muffin. Only toilets in the whole of the Chapel St shops area are in the cafes so worth a stop with the kids en route anywhere!

Thier Large cups are totally debatable. A little on the small side or medium at best in my opinion. We asked how the salmon was prepared and we were told smoked however it was baked/ Not Smoked only. Quality was only just okay in my opinion

It's been a while (as in yrs), since I last ate here but the food is still exceptional! Absolutely enjoyed our brekkie. I had the salted caramel crepes with added bacon & it was delish!!! Coffee was good too. Overall a lovely experience. Despite being small, it def is worth eating here.
