   Two stars for their great coffee. Service of the waitress: sweet. Service of the man responsible for sitting: zero. In fact his attitude is the worst I’ve ever had around the world. We stood in front of this man who pretended didn’t see us for ages while listening to him chatting his friends away. When we finally got a seat, he said waitress will come to us but he didn’t send any signal to anyone on the floor and just let us hang on there. Waitress were on the other side of the room and it’s not a small place, she was not the one to blame. Meanwhile the man spoked to the waitress without mentioning us and made sure we were completed being ignored. After about 15-20 minutes I went to the counter and got someone to help with our order. It was not a busy day and the house had about 2 other tables to serve. Coffee is delicious but I am happy that this is not my local cafe. Will never go again.

   Beautiful place, beautiful food, brilliant price, absolutely gorgeous service. Our service dog had no problems with accessing the venue. Our waiter Braeden made an already memorable night very special with his banter, recommendations, and general positive vibes. Can't recommend enough!

   Our family of 7 went for lunch. We were seated quickly without a reservation. Our orders were taken, and there was something for everybody, including the kids on the menu.The meals were served quite quickly, and all of us agreed that the food we had was delicious.The staff were helpful, casual yet professional. The beach views from The Flat White were to die for. Would we go back or recommend this cafe to anyone. Most certainly.

   Stumbled onto this place while walking on the beach - it's in a beautiful spot, right on the waterfront. There are big windows all around so you feel you're still out on the beach which I loved. The service was fine - not great, my server seemed a bit grumpy - but the food was wonderful. I got the waffles with bacon, banana and maple syrup, and it was delicious. My flat white was good too.

   good vibes! just anyhow search restaurant in Waihi and I got this wonderful recommendation! Thanks God! lovely people here, good food, and the portion of the food quite big too. Prawn Pizza and the Beach Breakfast both main dishes were kinda my taste! don’t miss out this place! you will regret!

   This cafe located in front of the beach absolutely amazing view with the fascinating atmosphere. The food we ordered was delicious and also coffee was great too. But the customer service wasn't good. who served us the waitresses was all right other server wasn't. I think the customer service is more important than food quality for the impression of the restaurant to motivate to visit again. But sorry this cafe food and the view was nice but wouldn't want to visit again. Just once is enough. It is a shame.

   I'll be honest, it was nice yet ok. Wanted to try the place because of it's beautiful location and just didn't light my fire to want to go back. So many staff, yet nobody checked we were ok and the creamy mushroom dish tasted like mushroom soup out of a tin... Nailed the coffee ☕
