   whoever is delivering pizza tonight is having some pretty long paid breaks… got to the end of my street and has sat there with my food going cold for 20+ minutes. He’s been sitting for longer than it took to make the food.

   I think the team at Bayfair Domino’s do such a great job! The workers are always friendly and helpful - especially the young Asian man who’s always super kind and provides excellent service every time. They really don’t deserve all the rude reviews. I always enjoy my pizza here and have never had a bad experience. Keep up the great work!

   Tonight, one of the staff working the night shift at the Bayfair branch showed the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered. They were rude and aggressive for no reason when I came to pick up my order. No greeting, no basic manners — just cold stares and bad vibes. On top of that, I found hair in my food, which is absolutely unacceptable. If you dislike your job so much, don’t take it out on customers. I paid for my food, not disrespect or unhygienic service. Will not be coming back.

   Mate! Chips arrived uncooked just like the garlic bread it’s cold and still frozen in the middle, I rang the store they told me to put it in the microwave. I won’t record my response here…. I asked to speak to the owner and they said they’ll send more so I’ll see if they do. Second lot arrived and we were shocked at the lack of care!!! as again same thing cold uncooked garlic bread and chips. Shut this place down or get a new manager / owner this place has bad reviews starting 3 years ago!!

   First time to this particular outlet,enjoyed the pizza,store conveniently located as you can order your pizza and go inside the mall and pick up a few things like we did and come back out and pick up your pizza when done

   Ordered 3 items... 2 out of the 3 were incorrect. Ordered the most simple pizza, a Pepperoni. Received some cold frankenstein thing. Manager was rude. Told me the pizza I was given was correct and proceeded to blame the driver for his mistake. Got put on hold just before closing and then hung up on. Really professional. When you pay for a service you should receive the service. Youre literally reading a screen, reading a piece of paper and then packing the order into a bag. Maybe get some local ENGLISH workers .

   Love this place..Always good service and Manager super attentive and runs a tight ship. Its always a busy store but we feel we are well looked after. Best gluten free vegan vegetarian pizza in town. Base is delish

   I wish i could give it 0 stars I was out with my friends around the Mount Maunganui area and we decided to eat at the nearby dominos. We ordered online The wings were good but the pizza was one of the worst pizza I ever had. We went in there with the pizza to tell them that it's not cooked properly and even the capsicum and chicken isn't Cooked. He said this is it, i said what can you do they said I can remake but it'll still be the same. I said well can you give me the refund since I'm not satisfied with this pizza you can have this one and since the remake is gonna be the same I'd like my refund. But then the other staff member started getting rude. i know what a cooked pizza is. He replied rudely again and said no refund if you have issue complaint online. The pizza looks like but it's not cooked. The staff doesn't know how a cooked pizza looks like. They don't know how to talk to customers and have absolutely no clue of how to handle complaints
