   I am dairy free and in the past I have been able to swap out the cheese on a smaller pizza but this time, they would not do it. I eneded up with no cheese and even no sauce on BBQ pizza. Was dissapointed by there lack of wanting to help. Cheese-less pizza is not very nice. Vegan cheese allows me to enjoy a nice bite.

   So dang good!!! It was fresh and hot, the toppings and cheese were just the right amount, not to point where the food was overpowering or bad. I absolutely loved it and would recommend and come back!

   I am profoundly dissatisfied. For over three years, my husband and I have placed a weekly order on Fridays: an extra-large, thin-crust Hot and Spicy Veg pizza with added pepperoni and mushrooms (we are not vegetarian; we appreciate the jalapeños). We have always used the Papamoa Pizza Hut, but following the fire, we decided to try the Mount location. I regret this decision. Please review the attached photographs and confirm whether any vegetables besides jalapeños, pepperoni, and mushrooms (which we payed extra) are present. Furthermore, the total cost exceeded $20. While I am generally tolerant and rarely complain, this represents unacceptable value for money.

   So on my work break I decided I wanted pizza. I ordered an hour before the pick up time because I knew there would be a bit of a wait, when I got there I paid and he said there would be a wait, what I didn't expect was it to take my my whole half an hour break to get my food. And it was just sitting in the warmer THE WHOLE TIME. This is also the second time this has happened at this location. Not happy at all.

   Honestly the new staff at Pizza Hut mt Maunganui is just so amazing it’s been more then a year that me and my husband order here regularly atleast 1-2 times a week, we are never disappointed which is just so great and every since they got the new staff the food quality, preparation, cutting of slices it’s just so amazing . Love visiting here .. and the staff surely deserves a pay raise .. keep up with the good work team u guys are star ⭐️

   I hate this Pizza Hut Mount maunganui.... staff members are very bad and stupid....i waited for 10 min to take the order, after 10 min one staff member came out and took my order......i paid the pizza' s price......i wait for 15 min for pizza....after 15 min i went there and wait another 10 min and after 10 min one staff came out and i asked about my order and they told me your transaction were dicline ......i spent my 40 min valuable time for pizza but they didn't tell me about my payment dicline, i waited for 40 min.....it was my 45 min break time, it was waste with this Pizza hut...sooo, i hate this Pizza hut...... really bad service and silly and bad staff members.......

   Delivery Drivers are friendly and professional, shame that in-store experience is appalling. Rude staff. Missing items, with no refund given. I enjoy pizza, but not the instore staff.
