Great for our family with kids 7, 10, 12. Everyone was happy with their meals: kids creamnsauce spaghetti, kids cheese pizza, seafood marinara, and fettuccine with mushrooms. Cute, family friendly atmosphere on a Sunday night.
Amazing meal at Salva Dβor Italian! The lasagna was absolutely supreme β rich in flavor, perfectly balanced, and beautifully served. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care in every detail. A true Italian delight
We had an amazing meal at this restaurant. Only the second time weβve been but is now our favourite. Especially recommend the prawns and the pork and masala sauce. Absolutely delicious
By far our favourite restaurant in Tauranga! From the moment you step in you feel like youβre in Italy! Cute conservatory and food is great! Squid Ink ravioli is my partners favourite, would highly recommend to step out of your norms and try it. Pastas are great!
Nice fresh flavours, authentic surroundings, nice service. Pasta dishes were the standout. Would head back for sure.

A gem of a place, warm welcoming and with lovely food & wine to boot. I'll be back! Edit: 1-6-23 visited again for a family birthday. Great service, great food on the whole.
Food & everything - 1 Star only. If you want Italian food, head to Sugo! An hour wait time to be given our entrees - To begin we had raw thawed out scallops for the entree. For our mains I had the pasta (beef ragu) was MINCE ragu - my partner had the fettuccine which was watery & not tasty. We were given our meals with no cutlery, waited 5 minutes until we were provided knives and forks after asking two staff members. Iβm really disappointed in this place - weβve come here once before and it was the best Italian place hands down in Tauranga so we were very excited to come back. I am not sure if this place has changed owners recently but not worth $140 for two peopleβ¦.

The food and service were amazing. Great value for money! We loved every dish we ordered but our pick was definitely the dessert! Make sure you order dessert if you visit.
