    DISCuSTING!!!!! NEVER buy from here. Rude arrogant staff, the food is HORRIBLE! I asked for a refund however they kept hanging up on me! They didnt give me my free food even when I spent over $30 please please dont buy from these yucky people.

    Didnโ€™t let me review on the site so bringing it here. I think this should e public though too. Iโ€™ve travelled this country many times and ordered at this dominoes a few times now that I live in the area. Let me just say every time Iโ€™ve received a product Iโ€™m not happy with. Their quality is far below other dominoes across the country. Hereโ€™s a pick of a DOUBLE bacon cheeseburger pizza. Not even a piece of bacon on each slice. I was pretty disappointed this is there definition of โ€œdoubleโ€ Iโ€™ve also ordered this pizza elsewhere and received a far better result, many times. I wouldnโ€™t have posted this if it was just this time, but every single time I come here I walk away disappointed. Spend your money elsewhere everyone โœŒ๏ธ

    I regret not reading the reviews before ordering from this place. The pizza I ordered smelled burnt as soon as I opened the box, and the thin & crispy I ordered for an extra charge was as thin as a piece of paper, with very little topping. Iโ€™ve tried several Dominoโ€™s Pizza locations in Tauranga, but I can confidently say this is the worst location. If the manager sees this review, please have the staff sent to the Bayfair Mall branch to learn the process of making thin & crispy properly!!!

    We bought a mini pizza and 2 sides for $11, which was a reasonable price, but the pizza edge was burnt all around, and when I took it back to complain they didn't want to know.thats what I call poor service we won't be going back there stick yo pizza hut papamoa it's better all round.

    So over this store. Never ordering from them again. Worst customer service. Ordered a pizza today, was charged for said pizza then 30 minutes later get a call to say the minimum order is $35. We asked if they could just add some sides please to bump it up? No, too hard, they have to cancel after already waiting 30 mins. Last time we ordered we got a completely wrong weird vege pizza, called to complain and they were so unhelpful and refused to replace with what we ordered. Never again.

    Soggy garlic bread and burnt pizza and a wrong type of pizza. Tried to ring store but no answer. Went into store to get the re made. Came home and again soggy garlic bread. Itโ€™s a 10 min drive to collect. No sorry or money back. Even a free desert would have been nice!
