   Took a circular saw for a new base plate, told the staff what was needed, still got charged for an inspection fee, and was told that it's the fee to generate a quote. Their notice regarding fees should be told to customers before anything is done and be made more clear.

   Tools not repaired properly on multiple occasions. Take it back in and they refuse to fix the issue. They will want you to pay again. Customer next to me had the same problem. Don't like leaving bad reviews but the staff are very rude. Will be going elsewhere

   Took in my sander to rewire the cord. Was working fine otherwise. Needed a lot of screws removed to do so. As soon as I used it afterwards, a screw fell out causing the casing to come loose and simultaneously the sander jammed up and stopped. Took it back- told it was totally stuffed. What I expected was an apology and a refund of my $55, or a replacement second hand sander. What I got was a refusal to admit any liability, and a claim that it was a ‘coincidence’ it broke the very moment the screw they forgot to tighten came out. Offered for me to get a second opinion which they would know full well would cost me more than it was worth. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but it is my only comeback so here it is. Little doubt there will be a reply also shifting responsibility or similar. No integrity. Don’t risk going there. Will be all well and good till they mess up -then it’s your loss.
