The prices on the shelf are not the same at the checkout. This has been the case for us on several occasions. Today, the Mr Chips range, all incorrect. 4 Square is expensive already, having inaccurate pricing makes it harder to shop at an already expensive store.
There were 5 squares I have sqaurephobia, im terrified of squares and i knew i could handle 4 squares at once but there were 5 Never again
Overpriced everything, and the staff are snobs as you'd expect in a small redneck town. Honestly, just drive the extra 10 minutes to Rolleston and go to Countdown. At least you don't have to wait for them to open a checkout or I.D. You for rolling papers when you have a full-grown beard.
Nearly the same 4square like Darfield. You can buy nearly everything and the staff is very friendly.
Always clean, staff always friendly. Generally quick to the checkout if the queues get a backlog. A little pricey, but not too bad for topping up or emergencies.
Nice little local grocery store for West Melton. It doesn't have the best selection or prices, but it serves the communitie's needs.
Customer service is amazing. Staff member Vaishali was very friendly with a big smile and genuine desire to help customers. Plenty of parking space. You can get your stuff for your road trip towards Arthur's Pass.
I'm usually a little wary of four square. This one, I'm quite happy to say, surprised me. It's clean, has a good layout. It has a good selection of products. It's open until about 8 which is very handy. The staff are always polite and helpful. The food is still a little more expensive than the larger supermarkets as to be expected, but they are not extortionate. All in all a great little store for the last minute needs.
