They should reduce the water flow at the men's bathroom sink even more, just to see what their soap-flavoured sandwich would taste like. The service, however, is good.
Great staff and fast service. Facilities are clean and well kept. Had great laugh as the staff dealt with the rudest woman this earth has seen. On the phone, whinging about slow service but to lazy to listen for her number being called on multiple occasions. She ended up leaving with cold food and cold coffee. The staff handled this entitled horse enthusiast who left her child in a hot car beautifully. Well done.
Could just be the worst maintained Maccas? Whilst sitting and eating my dinner, I happen to notice that a staff member went into the public bathroom to use the services and then return to work. I went to the services after I had finished my meal to wash my hands and found very limited running water which raises the question as to whether or not the staff member had washed their hands properly after using the Toilets. Something that some of us might maintain as basic hygiene standards working in a food establishment. Something that McDonald’s probably should review. Was reported to a staff member on leaving.
Food was great, well prepared.. Manager was awesome to talk to and staff member whom served us was very pleasant.
I suggest you speak and give a warning to the young pimple faced male that wears glasses that takes the orders through the Drive Thru at 3pm 23/08/23. He is a rude and smart mouthed piece of works that is incapable of the position he is employed. Best you put him on another duty such as emptying the rubbish bins.
Dont usually write reviews for any McDonald's but i thought the young man that served me at the drive thru today, 4.20pm, has the best energy and best attitude out of all the McDonald's I've been to. Keep it up! And give him a big fat bonus!
I spent over 15 mins waiting in the drive through for my food the restaurant inside was not busy I even beeped my horn at one point with still no prevail. Eventually I received my food for it to be cold unsalted chips and no straw for drink I'm extremely unhappy with this service i would've gone inside to demand a refund and explanation for poor service but I was so frustrated I decided it was a better idea to write it on Google I would like a explanation and some sort of compensation for the overly poor service
I never make reviews but i thought this lovely lady needed one. The times she has served me she always has a beautiful energy. Her customer service is amazing, a very kind soul. She was working on the drive through tonight, looks like she could be a manager? Thank you!
Great today. Very inconsistent. Fast food is supposed to be fast, which it was today. I worked out there for months and sometimes my order would be 20 minutes. Not cool when ya rushing to get stuff done. The staff back then we're awful. Today I got a smile......
