   We had a lovely meal here for my husband’s 50th birthday. The phone service when booking then confirming numbers was polite and helpful. Our server was Jess and she couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. She was efficient and attentive and managed our group well. She really made the occasion go smoothly and added to our enjoyment of the Peg and Pint. The food was delicious and well presented and they managed to bring all 10 meals out very close together. There were only 2 things that brought the stars down. The first was the heat. It was very hot and not a lot of cross breeze. The second was the noise. It was very noisy and was difficult to chat comfortably at times. I think that this was due to the hard floor and high ceilings. It was busy though. We definitely enjoyed our experience under the new management and we will be back without a doubt.

   Went there on a warm afternoon. The sitting is perfect with multiple indoor and outdoor options. The service is good. We only had the bread platter with less hopes but something so simple was so amazing. Only small disappointment is that the hummus had some spices added which made it non authentic.

   This is a lovely local tavern with a view of the lake, it is a welcoming space with plenty of seating in different areas. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had the seafood chowder special which was nice. Highly recommend visiting this tavern.

   Great venue, delicious food. Service not the best as it was too busy and wait staff don’t look up when walking around to see if they could help anyone. Took us ages to place an order so eventually I went and asked if I could place an order. 55 minutes later the food arrived. We were offered 2 drinks as an apology without requesting anything. We did make a booking and recommend you book as restaurant was full for Sunday lunch. We were not in a rush so all was good.

   First time at this place. Very nice and cozy. The food was delicious. Great coffee and yummy cakes . Definitely have to come back to try other items on menu. This is a nice little local cafe.I enjoyed every aspect of my meal, the outside seating was nice, and the staff were lovely. ☺️☺️

   Our first time with a group of 6 to a lunch at The Good Home, Pegasus. Great location, venue, service and food. Nothing to complain about. It was excellent. We will definitely be back for an evening meal.

   High quality food very tasty...great friendly staff. Pork belly bites fantastic. Great setting outside over the lake. Mains were all really beautifully cooked. Has a great feel inside and out. Coffee is really great. Top notch all round.

   It’s a new ish place with lots a sports memorabilia. Looks like a club for the locals but the service was exceptionally friendly for. everyone. Our fish and chips was so much better average (crispy batter, nice chips) and our chicken pesto was creamy almost curried. Mango pannacotta was country style.
