   I had a very frustrating experience with this service. The staff seemed untrained and showed no respect or proper manners toward customers. In particular, one Indian employee was extremely unprofessional and completely lacked basic customer service skills. The overall service felt careless and disorganized. I would not recommend this place if you expect to be treated respectfully.

   I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. The staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism and did not know how to treat customers properly. The service was third-class, and it was evident that some employees, in particular, did not have basic work ethics or respect for customer needs. I would strongly advise caution before engaging with them.

   Enjoy coming here for quick and easy meals. Staff are attentive and friendly. Prices are good and the space is large enough. Not their fault but can be frustrating to get into the establishments on Grey St due to the homeless constantly asking for money to get cigarettes.

   It doesn’t look like sub that we use to eat in our lunch . After adding 5 sauces it tastes dry . Onions are kept aside as I am taking Indian salad with curry separately. Staff working between 12pm-2pm is nice but I don’t know what to say about this staff.

   This Subway has previously been good but tonight was the worst. I got there to collect my subway and my order was just sitting on the prep bench, open with melted cheese. It set there for good 2mins while the staff just served another customer over it. There were 2 staff members there. Once he finished with the customer he started making mine and took no effort in placing the ingredients properly on the sub. Just not the subway standards. The sub just didn't taste fresh due to just sitting there it was cold and tasteless. See photos.
