Hands down one of the top 10 restaurants in all of Christchurch. Amazing food and atmosphere with such attentive staff. We will 100% be back too try more from thier menu the Osaka bbq option was absolutely worth every dollar.
Whatββββββββ a great spot to go and have an original coal self-BBQ! The equipment used allowed you to barbecue your food right on the charcoal, which not only gives the food a deep and smoky flavor but also makes the whole process very engaging and fun. The food was fresh, the service was speedy, and the crew were eager to help you and explain the procedure if you were a first-timer. A great combination of excellent food, getting to know, and the right ββββββββvibe!
Did the bbq grill option with wagyu and seafood. We had to be out of there in 60 minutes and the staff took care of us, bringing our dishes quickly. Really cool concept to grill on the hibachi! Lovely food, seafood was really fresh and wagyu was tender.
We visited today as a family and ordered the Wagyu lunch set. The salad, kimchi, pickles, rice, and the tender, flavorful beef were absolutely delicious and melted in our mouths!!! The girls had so much fun grilling the meat themselves. We also tried the chicken karaage. it was big, crispy, and really tasty. We were so impressed by the kindness of the staff, especially the kind lady who served our table. Her attentive and friendly service made our meal even more memorable. Thank you!!!
I recently visited HIBACHI Restaurant over the weekend, and it was an outstanding experience! The fried chicken was incredibly delicious, and the chicken Avocado sushi was so good that I couldn't resist wanting more. The BBQ dishes were excellent, and the appetizers of edamame and the salad were divine. Even the rice had a wonderful aroma that added to the overall dining pleasure. The staff were attentive and accommodating, especially with our group of four, including my two-year-old daughter, providing a high chair that perfectly matched the height of the table. We had such a great time that we're definitely looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommended!
This is my second time visiting. Very cool place, with quality ingredients and service. Their set menu is easy to start and get more food if you need. Hibachi charcoal is great experience you need to try.
Nice food. We had two combos and some sides. Fried chicken is nice, crispy outside and juicy inside. Beefs are great too. Worth the money spent
Meat was so tender! Sashimi was so fresh and thick cut! Tempura was nice too! Staff was friendly and proactive. Food came to our table pretty quick after we have ordered. Will definitely go back again. Highly recommended!!
I visited there during my travel. I was a little worried because I was alone, but I didn't really need to. The staff were so friendly and nice and the food was amazing! The meat literally melted in my mouth!!! It was the best experience in Christchurch. Highly recommend for those who want to treat themselves with high quality food!!
