   The staff were very pleasant, polite and smiling. The food was delicious with generous proportions. I had the prawns and others had pork and the Dynamite Chicken. Prawns were presented nicely and had tails on, and stir fried, medium spicy was not very hot. I don't like deep fried food, but others who had the Dynamite Chicken enjoyed it. They said medium spice was not hot either.

   This is one of the best Thai restaurants I have tried! I have satay skewers at every Thai restaurant I go to, and these were by far the best I've had so far. There was plenty of sauce, meat, and veggies on all of the meals. The menu was extensive, clearly marked for allergies, and had a range of prices, so it is great for people on different budgets. The staff were friendly, the drinks and food came out fast even though they were busy, and the atmosphere was cozy but still classy and spacious.

   We had a fantastic meal at Thai Chef Christchurch. The food was flavorful and authentic— We especially loved the Pad Thai and Green Curry. The service was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience enjoyable. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed evening out. We’ll definitely be back!

   Being a frequent visitor of Thailand and Thai food fan, I’d say their food was nothing but average despite good reviews from locals. Thai milk tea was nowhere near authentic, was really disappointing in flavour and nothing like what it’s supposed to be. Ordered spicy level “bloody hot” and “hot”, but neither was really spicy at all. Probably have had their recipes altered to suit locals, and spice levels stated not matching the actual spiciness. Green curry tasted good but portion was way tiny. Most probably wouldn’t visit again, sorry.

   Staff was friendly but slow. Served meals and forgot cutlery. Food was average - beer battered mushrooms wasn’t as described (didn’t have any pork mince in it). I ordered my meal medium spicy and it tasted spicier than my husband’s who ordered actually spicy.
