   I asked if the food i am oredering is hot or mild, several times as it was a take away. I came home and all supposed to be milds are extremely hot!! great disappointment. Seems like they dont care as they have only 2.2 and not doing anything to improve...

   Worst.Veg korma....watery and container not full. The girl put it in the bag quickly. You guys suck. Hornby still my best buy. Rich korma, and decent serving. Not good enough. Explains why there were no ques at their store. Such a pity

   This Tika Masala was the worst curry, super oily, there was actually oil floating on top and believe it or not there was one piece of chicken in the entire curry. I should have driven the extra distance and bought Corrianders. I would add photos but it’s now in the rubbish as I couldn’t throw it away fast enough. Avoid Shamiana and get a proper curry.

   I ran in here on a whim for lunch and said ohh gosh what am I getting into… the Rogan Josh was decent enough with a great amount of meat, gravy and rice! The naan bread was cold but who’s complaining it was still good! The girl who served me was smiling and helpful. The price was good too. Maybe all the bad reviews helped them get their act together? I don’t know but I’m happy.

   I'm so sorry but I have to write this. I was craving a butter chicken so I visited Shamiana Level 2. The man who served me seemed tired and I understand it's probably been a long day slaving over more batches of butter chicken than anything else, it's popular. So I purchased the meal, sat down to my disappointment... Did he forget the salt? Where was the spice? Where was the love? I asked myself if I had Covid? It literally tasted like chicken in orange water! I had to make myself another dinner once I returned home, I wanted to be grateful for even buying the food but I couldn't. For 15 dollars, plus a 4 dollar naan bread I definitely will never risk buying a butter chicken or anything else from there ever again!

   Got the Chicken Korma, chicken was raw. Wouldn't have posted a bad review if we got a refund no questions asked. They mixed the pink chicken around in the curry and tried to tell us it was cooked. Would not recommend eating here.

   Butter chicken was watery, almost tasted like dish water, I can't imagine any spices were added based on flavor. The naan was awful, it was like a flat piece of white supermarket bread, it had no chew or texture like a good naan should, and it also had zero flavor. Quite a disappointing food place and it seems like no one there cares.

   Never order . Worst Indian delivery!!! Worst Naan ever. Was desperate for quick Naan delivery. Galic cheese and plain Naan completely indistinguishable from each other, DRY and TASTELESS!!. They just shoved them in a paper bag unlike other places where they at least wrap them in aluminum foil to keep them warm for the delivery!

   I think giving even a 1 star is being very generous to these guys. I am absolutely disgusted with the food and service. My husband and I have been at the upstairs Shamiana twice and both times we have had horrible experience. this time we ordered lamb, almost half of the meat was fat and not much meat, also the beef vandaloo tasted off and nothing like we have ever had before, the taste made my husband nearly throw up on the table. We went and spoke with the chef and they denied that there is anything wrong with the food, instead of apologizing and sorting something out, he kept saying "no it don't see anything wrong with the taste", so we left the food there and walked away "FOR THE SECOND TIME!
