WOW I think that's best service I've ever had, ever. The lady at the counter tonight was just amazing. Called me dear, used my name, and her smile and welcoming presence was so genuine. I left feeling truly heart warmed.
I love their butter chicken! I first tried it 15 years ago when I lived in this area and instantly fell in love with it. After moving back to Taiwan, I always missed this flavour. Now that Iβm back in Christchurch, Iβm so happy to taste the same delicious butter chicken again. The garlic naan is amazing too β full of flavour and absolutely addictive!
Great food, and very welcoming staff. We had the best butter chicken and their naan tasted super authentic. Overall amazing experience. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend not to go here. Barely any chicken, this is the ratio of chicken you should expect. Basically an expensive soup, for what itβs worth I would have preferred to make my own than this. $30 for this amount of chicken, very disappointing and the taste of the soup leaves a weird coating in the mouth, Iβm guessing itβs expired cream they have used.
Love the food here. Portion sizes are plentiful, curries are delicious, we also really enjoy the Bombay Platter. Not the most amazing atmosphere for dining in, but great for takeaways.
Didnβt like the service. The lady was so unfriendly. Take away is apparently cheaper than dine in. When we waited for our order and sat down we were told we shouldnβt. And when I started to speak to ask for cutlery I was interrupted and told to go outside. Very rude. We got some cutlery and sat outside right at the table before the restaurantβ¦ Our food was wrapped in so much plasticβ¦ what a shame for the environment. Anyways, the food was good at least.
Went for lunch here. Food was freshly made with great taste and quantity for $15. The nan bread was delicious, was alot for lunch so make sure your hungry otherwise you won't finish! We were given water in a bottle and glasses which was thoughtful. Will be back. Waitress was friendly but looked little bored.
Excellent takeaway food! Always quick and on time, quality is great, highly recommended. Can get busy around peak times (dinner time mainly) so you can expect a 20 min wait.
Top drawer Indian take away - staff were very friendly and the food was amazing. I was visiting from England and we know our curry and the food was awesomo. Even as I was contemplating going in there a local told me it was the boss. They weren't wrong.
