   Fantastic parts dismantler/recycler. We have been using these guys for many many years and they always provide fantastic customer service and good quality parts for a really good price. Dayne and Lee are great blokes always willing to go the extra mile for us and Emilee is always super helpful and gets our orders sent out super fast.    Staff are dishonest people and very difficult to deal with. We ordered a part from them and had it picked up. We made the full payment for it. Their staff sold us the WRONG part and we are unable to use it. They agreed to have it returned and refund the full payment as it was their mistake. We returned the glass and waited for refund but no money given to us right away. Our staff was there for less than an hour waiting as they checked and accepted the glass returned. One month later we followed up the refund and they keep on telling us that their accountant is on holiday and or it is on the process. Finally today they made the payment and did not give us our full money back in return. They deducted 30% of the payment. Emilee said that the glass was damaged when returned. It was a fijian guy who recieved it and checked it for less than an hour when we return and they did not say anything about it. It took them more than a month to formulate a lie to have a reason of not returning our money back. Will never deal with them again.

   Do not try and deal with the lady that works in the Hybrid parts division. She is rude, short tempered and not helpful at all. She does not care about the business and good customer service is non existent. She has a massive attitude over the phone and even said I can go and buy the parts elsewhere if I want. Go to or call this place if you want to be treated with no respect and arrogance. There are enough other Toyota dismantlers out there that will have the same parts. Save yourself frustration and do not even think about using this place. I am absolutely shocked to say the least and I don't know how places like this keep their doors open with this level of arrogance. This lady clearly thinks she is doing every customer a massive favor by just doing her job.

   Worst people to talk to always rude i tried being patient but ultimately had to answer back. I was even told to go buy stuff from somewhere else when I was just asking to fulfill what they promised. The payment was done from our side still had to struggle.
