   After reading all the negative feedback regarding the owner , food quality , service and being unprofessional . I thought I was a one off situation but it looks like a trend. This is the worse example for a Samoan business owner who is upsetting a lot of our own people but continuing to ignore the feedback. If you can't provide what you are offering to our Pacific people than you should take full responsibility and do something about it or leave the industry altogether.

   Don’t waste your money on this catering. The owner eats the money and won’t ever take responsibility for her faults. She is greedy and comes up with the same excuses to everyone. She won’t reply to anyone messages, so don’t waste your time texting or calling her. She still owes me and I can’t wait to take her down. Worse catering in New Zealand.

   Did not want to do this but I have no choice because im sick of all the back and forth lies from them. Booked my sisters wedding with talimanao but 2 months before the wedding we had to cancel as our family members had offered to cater. the full price of the catering was $16,000 and we had paid her $13,500, upon cancelling she had informed us that we would receive - refund of $11,500 on the 18 of November which was literally 8 days before the wedding come the 18 of November we contact her and she tells us that she does not have the money for us. 3 days later we contact her again and she tells us she has only got $3000 for us. Day before the wedding come and we contact her about the money and she tells us to wait a few more days then she will get the money to us. Long story short it has now been 1 month and almost 2 weeks since the wedding has finished and still we have not got our full refund back and she keeps giving us specific days and time she will come and give the money but she never turns up unless we go to her then she postpones when she will give the money. So sick of going back and forth with her we just want our refund because she still gets to keep $2000 of our money as her deposit. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING IN WITH THEM.

   I Would not recommend this catering company for events. My uncles funeral was catered by talimanao, not only was the food not good with small portions but they arrived late! Late as in they arrived with the food and we had sung the final farewell song to end the day. They wouldn’t pick up their calls, turned off their mobile phones and as a result most of our guests left without food! So embarrassing! Especially for an island funeral with no food because the caterers decided to come hours later with no notifications! To add on top no apologies for the delay, dropped off food and left!! What a way to send off my uncle with his family/guests leaving without food! Would you provide this type of service to your family members talimanao? I don’t think so. How worst can you get? Why provide a service if you can’t deliver!! Yes the worst catering company out! Not reliable! Quick to respond when it comes to money!!! but when it’s to deliver they turn up late and turn off all communications!! Beware!! We will be spreading the word of mouth of how bad your service is!! I would recommend Mama Silas Catering as since then we have been using them. Not talimanao!!! A joke!

   Bad experience with them, i will never ever use this catering. Service was terrible and had to pick up the food ourselves after we agreed on the time for drop off. Only 3 hours my son birthday and food arrived an hour before closing. Missing some off the menu items, wasn’t reimbursed for those things that were missed. It was my first time using catering and you assume it’s meant to be stress free. But nope I was embarrassed my guest had to wait for the food. If you are the owner of this catering the decent thing to do is reply to my message and take ownership for your faults.

   It's our first time, it was for a birthday party, live band was so awesome we enjoy and loved it alot, food was also delicious and fresh, totally recommended for small party, family functions or any occasions, it's our new venue to look at when we have our next celebrations. Customer service from one of the waiters and the Band, was so good, beautiful decor and settings.
