Friday, 14 November, I posted a parcel overseas. This was the second time. On both occasions, Peter was helpful and patient with the process. His pleasant disposition and assistance made the posting a pleasure. He was helpful, kind, and understanding, and reassured me that I did not need to stress. I cannot thank him enough.

The absolute best customer service here. I came in needing to courier a handbag and Peter took the time to explain the various options and prices. He was so patient and understanding. Now my daughter's school uses them to supply her stationary which is excellent.
Normally would go in and post my items here but the last time I went it was busy and the staff were very rude and wouldn't help me post my item which was a simple overseas post. Went to another NZ post shop and shipped without any issues and is on route. Won't be going back.
Went here to replace a lost AT Hop card and had an issue with the activation. The employees here went above and beyond to ensure we had a working card in time to catch our bus home. Cant say enough about the kindness we were shown.
Really kind, helpful and friendly staff that made my day. They also have lots of amazing items for sale that you can’t find at many other places.

The Karen at the counter was rude and doesn’t know package measurements for parcel. Turned me away for a parcel size I have sent many times before and said that i have to call the courier to pick it up. Poor service needs better training at how to recognise a parcel that is under 0.025m3.
